The flat has a small private outdoor patio for your enjoyment. This area is strictly non-smoking. Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.

Property Details:

This 60-sqm apartment is located on the basement level without an elevator. The flat has a small private outdoor patio for your enjoyment. This area is strictly non-smoking. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of ÂŁ800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over ÂŁ1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Holborn Neighbourhood is the ideal location for those looking to explore London by foot or Tube. The River Thames is just a stone’s throw away where you can stroll along the riverbanks; admire the views from London’s famous bridges, including the impressive Millennium footbridge or the famous Tower Bridge. Saint Paul’s Cathedral is located down the road and is a must-see for history lovers. Fleet Street is full of traditional English pubs and home to some of the oldest alehouses in London such as Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese. Head over to Covent Garden to explore its covered markets and grab a bite to eat. The neighbourhood is full of theatres for those looking to see a West End musical, comedy show or other performances. Cross over the Thames to reach the London Eye and take a ride to view London from above. The area is also home to some of London’s best restaurants and there’s sure to be something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. With its close proximity to the Chancery Lane station, access to other areas of the city is a piece of cake. You can easily reach sights such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, have a picnic in Hyde Park or go shopping at Harrods Department Store. The Tube stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ÂŁ50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for ÂŁ50. Both can be provided for ÂŁ70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

We had a good stay, the inside of the flat was clean and smelled good, nice towels and linens. It was also very warm inside, however the owner still gave us extra portable heaters which was nice (we didn't use it). The kitchen is fully equipped. Check-in was easy, we picked up the keys at 3 sharp and the flat was already prepared for us at that time. Everything went well.

A wonderful experience

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and easy to locate and access. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay, as the area was quiet and secure—ideal for a peaceful getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—it was very central, making it easy to explore the city and get around using public transportation. The apartment had all the amenities one could need, including a washing machine, which was very convenient for longer stays, and an additional sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. One of my favorite parts of the stay was enjoying my morning coffee on the terrace. The coffee maker in the apartment was excellent, allowing me to start my day with a fresh brew while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, everything about my stay was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

We were delayed gaining access to the flat by an hour because of an arrival date mix-up conveyed to the key drop vendor by the host. This delay caused us to be late for a play in the theater district. The host was communicating and working with the key drop vendor, but the situation still left us standing out in the cold waiting for a proper code to retrieve the keys.The pictures of the flat were definitely staged well. Unfortunately, it does not live up to all the staged photos. The carpet in the entryway was pulled up and loose. The living room floor was so soft, we were worried we would fall through. The bathroom has a 3-4" unmarked step between the door and the toilet/shower (watch your step). There is a hole between the shower faucet fixture/caulk and the tile. The bathroom sink has two faucets. One for hot and one for cold with no way to dispense warm water. The new water heater is too large for where it was installed, so the hallway closet door does not close. The framing has settled around the bedroom door, so it will not close either. There is an unsecured mail slot in the door.These comments pertain to the outside of the apartment itself, so I get that the host has limited responsibility, but the area was poorly lit, with garbage overflowing and on the ground. There were some nasty carpet stains on the stairs going down to the flat. There was some sort of access panel open and sitting in the hallway outside the door of the flat itself.
