This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay while in Santa Cruz. (Permit 221143) A beautiful 3,000 square foot oasis just steps from the beach is a perfect vacation home for you and your family. Enjoy an evening on the back deck, making dinner with the outdoor kitchen, soaking in the hot tub, or take our beach chairs and surfboards down to the beach for a day of soaking in the sun and surfing the waves!
Just a heads-up—this home is currently on the market, so you may see a 'For Sale' sign out front. This won’t impact your stay in any way, but we wanted to let you know so there are no surprises!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 3 bedrooms and an office with a pull-out couch. The couch is set up as a bed and ready to use, complete with a mattress topper for extra comfort. This cozy spot is ideal for kids or young adults.
- 2 reserved parking spots in the driveway. Free street parking is available, however it can be hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook (with a spectacular view)
- Formal living room & cozy family room
- Huge backyard designed with a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fountain, outdoor shower and large beautiful lawn.
- For safety, the fireplace is not in use.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and can feel free to use the outdoor spaces. There is a beach directly across the street from the home called Privates. The gate is locked 8pm-7am.

The town's lively downtown area is dotted with eclectic shops, art galleries, and diverse dining options. Santa Cruz is also a hub for live music and cultural events, with the Santa Cruz Wharf offering spectacular ocean views and fresh seafood. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or relaxation, Santa Cruz has it all, making it a dynamic and inviting coastal destination.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Pleasure Point (10 minute walk)
- Whole Foods (3 minute drive)
- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15 minute drive)

You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
