Welcome to this stunning home located on West Cliff Drive! This one-of-a-kind property offers an unforgettable vacation experience with its ideal location and breathtaking natural beauty. This home consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two private decks that provide the perfect vantage point to soak in the panoramic view of the beach, Boardwalk, and Wharf.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 10 Guests (Ideal for 6 Adults and 4 kids as one room is double bunk beds)
- 4 bedrooms
- 4 bathrooms
- 3 parking spaces available in the driveway
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room upstairs & family room downstairs
- Patio with a Traeger Grill and new firepit area! There is a storage space for water toys, bikes, & surfboards
Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS

Santa Cruz is also a hub for live music and cultural events, with the Santa Cruz Wharf offering spectacular ocean views and fresh seafood. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or relaxation, Santa Cruz has it all, making it a dynamic and inviting coastal destination.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (20 minute drive)
- Henry Cowell (20-30 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (20 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hour drive)
- New Leaf (grocery store) (5-10 minute drive)
Other Things to Note:
- Youâll have convenient driveway parking for up to three cars, with additional metered parking available along the street if needed. Please keep in mind that this house is in a busy neighborhood, so additional parking may be hard to come by.
- For outdoor cooking, enjoy our Traeger grill! Weâre pleased to provide pellets, so youâre all set for some delicious BBQ.
- This home is perfectly situated near the lively wharf and boardwalk, where youâll occasionally catch the sounds of nearby activity. It brings a bit of the cityâs vibrant energy right to your doorstep, day and night! If youâre sensitive to noise or prefer a quieter retreat, this may not be the ideal fit for you.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
