Step onto the sandy shores from the private patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ, creating an idyllic escape for sun-soaked gatherings. Your beachfront paradise awaits!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests
- 5 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds (Full & Twin)
- 3.5 bathrooms
- There is no reserved parking space for this home. There is free parking on the street, however a space can be hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Upstairs deck w/ outdoor furniture & patio w/ outdoor furniture & BBQ - steps from the sand!
- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
