Près de la tour Eiffel (10 minutes à pied), des Invalides, de la rue Clerc, du musée Rodin, à 25 minutes à pied de Saint-Germain et du quartier latin ou des Champs-Élysées, cet appartement d'une chambre king-size NON FUMEUR est situé au deuxième étage bâtiment d’un quartier calme et résidentiel mais proche des commerces et restaurants, le Village Suisse réputé pour ses charmes remarquables. Dépanneur au rez-de-chaussée. Rare à Paris, le salon s'ouvre sur une très grande terrasse où vous pourrez vous restaurer. Il n'y a que 8 appartements dans ce bâtiment avec 2 ascenseurs, un très grand.
A proximité, 3 lignes de métro (6-Cambronne, 8 - La Motte Picquet, 10 Ségur) traversent la gare de La Motte Picquet d'où vous pourrez vous rendre presque partout à Paris, la station la plus proche étant SEGUR. Aussi à 5 minutes est le marché en plein air le plus intéressant de Paris sur l'avenue de Saxe.
L'appartement a des planchers en bois, est équipé d'une nouvelle télévision intelligente samsung avec télévision par câble (BBC, CNBC, etc.), wifi, et aussi rare, très hauts plafonds, meubles de design italien et de belles singeries. Il y a un nouveau lit king-size haut de gamme dans la chambre.
Il y a un élégant dépanneur au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment

This is a great apartment in a very good location. Everything you need (Metro, groceries, brasseries) is nearby. You can see the Eiffel Tower from in front of the building. The owner is extremely helpful and very responsive. This was a wonderful stay.

Perfect location

The neighborhood was quiet, but near 2 metro stops and a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was just right for 2 people, and check-in/check-out were a breeze!

Great Paris apartment

This was our first time using VRBO in France and we were not disappointed. Norman was helpful from the minute we reserved his apartment. Great place to stay in the 15th!

The apartment is located very close to a number of notable monuments and museums. Two métro stations are just steps away. Everything you need for making your stay memorable is included in the apartment: linens, dishes, appliances, elevators, etc. Oh, and there’s a market located just a minute’s walk from the front door.

Norman was great to communicate and answer entry questions! The condo was lovely, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom has amazing shower, bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect! Internet was fast. Would definitely go back!

Outstanding!

From beginning to end, Norman made our stay fabulous over our time at the Olympics. Communication with him was swift, the store downstairs had everything we wanted, the location was central with easy access to all of the venues and rest of the city. The use of the washing machine was a plus as well as the air conditioner when it got so hot towards the end of the week. Would definitely stay again!

Great location; best host ever!

I can't say enough good things about our stay in Paris at this property. We loved it! It is very conveniently located. Practically anything you want to do is an easy walk or quick Uber. Normand is very quick to communicate and his instructions for the apartment and neighborhood recommendations were very helpful. My partner locked his phone in the apartment as we were leaving and Normand went above and beyond to help us get this solved. We will definitely be back.

Quiet Paris Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated apartment. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, but is close to everything. A grocery store is located adjacent to the building and made it easy to pick up things upon our arrival. Metro stations were a quick walk away and opened up the entire city to us. It was nice to get away from the summer crowds and come back to the solitude of the apartment and relax with a glass of wine. Norman was very helpful from the very beginning when we began to make our trip plans. We hope to return one day.

Perfect Parisian Apartment

Our recent stay at this artfully decorated apartment was absolutely amazing in every way. Normand is the quintessential host providing timely and detailed communication. He provides excellent descriptions of the apartment amenities as well as superb suggestions for neighborhood excursions. The elevator, air conditioning, washer / dryer were all added benefits as well as the grocery store on the ground floor. Major tourist sites are within walking distance and there are several Metro stops close by. We can’t thank Normand enough for his kindness and his caring attention.

Excellent Host-perfect apartment

We stayed in Norman’s apartment in Paris during the 2nd week of May 2023. Norman is an amazing host who went way above and beyond. He communicated with us throughout the booking process, and was always very kind and responsive to our questions. His instructions and suggestions for the Metro, groceries and restaurants were superb. The apartment is very comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor, in a safe and secure building. The apartment is bright, very nicely decorated, has large rooms, a comfortable bed, black-out blinds, fast internet, and all the amenities we could ask for in a holiday home. It was very comfortable living there during our stay. The long balcony overlooks a quiet side street. When we did sit out there, it was very quiet and relaxing. There is a pharmacy, restaurants, meat shops, bakeries and wine stores within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. There is a very comprehensive grocery store on the corner below our apartment. The Segur Metro Station is also an easy 5 minutes walk. The Paris Metro is very efficient and very easy to use. This apartment was an excellent choice for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we get back to Paris. Thank you, Norman.

Cet appartement n’est pas prévu pour la location.Tous les placards sont remplis de vêtements appartenant au proprio.Tous les tiroirs de commodes sont pleins.Dans la salle de bain les tiroirs sont pleins de médicaments et produits du proprio.Il n’y a aucune toile couvrant la grande fenêtre devant la douche.Deux serviettes pour 2 personnes pour deux semaines.Deux gros coussins sales pour chien.Frigo plein de denrées. Nous avons quitté après une nuit.Aucunes excuses ou compensation de la part du proprio.Dans l’immédiat aucunes solutions possibles.Nous avions loué pour deux semaines. Il n’y a aucune vérification de la part de vrbo,très dommage et très malhonnête de la part du proprio.

Je regrette sincèrement que votre séjour n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes, d’autant plus que quelques jours avant votre arrivée, vous m’écriviez : « un grand merci pour les infos envoyées, difficile de faire mieux. C’est la première fois que nous avons un tel service. » Ce qui me peine, c’est que vous n’ayez jamais répondu à mon message de bienvenue où je vous rappelais ma disponibilité. Un simple appel m’aurait permis de résoudre immédiatement tous vos points : .Un store électrique est installé, les boutons sont directement sous l’interrupteur. Une simple question aurait suffi. .Des serviettes de rechange (marque Frette) étaient dans le placard de la salle de bain. J’avais programmé le passage de ma femme de ménage le 24 octobre pour changer le linge. Vous avez refusé ce service : « nous préférons ne pas être dérangé pendant notre séjour. » .Mon annonce indique « Ceci n’est pas un appartement de vacances mais ma résidence principale ». Un placard complet est libre dans l’entrée, plus une penderie et étagère de chaque côté du lit. Cet espace a satisfait mes locataires pendant 30 ans. .Le réfrigérateur contenait quelques condiments appréciés par mes autres locataires, et une bouteille de champagne offerte en bienvenue. Je loue depuis plus de 30 ans avec 76 avis 10/10 sur mes propriétés VRBO. Tous soulignent ma disponibilité et mon attention. Vous êtes le seul en trois décennies à ne jamais m’avoir contacté. J’espère néanmoins que vous avez pu profiter agréablement de Paris.

A sanctuary in Paris - 5 star!

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay 8 nights in Norman's apartment in Paris. We have stayed in many Homeaway's, VRBO's and airbnb's, but this was the best! Norman was excellent in communicating with us before and during our stay and gave us great advice and suggestions on where to eat, transportation and general information. The apartment offers every amenity one could hope for, plenty of room with separate bedroom, comfortable furniture with king sized bed, air conditioning and a beautiful balcony where we had our morning coffee and nighttime wine. It is very quiet. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was very convenient and all the other amenities one needs is provided. It truly felt like a sanctuary after our long days and crowds. The location is perfect for experiencing the local residential life in Paris and is very close to 3 metro lines that could get us anywhere in Paris. It is across from the UNESCO building and located in an upscale, safe neighborhood. We chose to walk almost everywhere we wanted to visit. Don't miss the open market three blocks from the apartment on Avenue de Saxe where we were able to shop for amazing fresh food. All in all this was the perfect location and apartment to stay in while in Paris and thank you Norman for opening your beautiful home to us making our stay in Paris unforgettable!

Fantastic Experience!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our recent stay in Norman's warm and comfortable apartment. We were there for two weeks, so we really got to know the apartment and the neighborhood very well. Both were top notch. Many of the attractions we wanted to visit were within walking distance. For destinations further away, we took Uber which we found to be safe, convenient and reasonably priced in Paris. Two more features we especially enjoyed were the outside deck and having a very nice grocery store on the ground floor of this modern and well maintained building. Norman is a great and responsive host who even provided a list of doctors when my wife had some eye trouble. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend Norman's apartment.

Above and Beyond!

We recently returned from our stay in Norman's fantastic apartment. Everything we wanted in an apartment and neighborhood were here: Quiet, residential, a block from the metro, farmer's market, restaurants, bakeries etc. When we returned at night, it felt like we were going home for the evening. The apartment is perfect. I wanted specific things like a king size bed, a terrace, small building, quiet neighborhood. What I found was the most comfortable bed ever, an airy, quiet, clean apartment with appliances and a kitchen in perfect working order, in an elegant spotless building. Norman was a dream to work with. Directions and use of the apartment were crystal clear; all questions/concerns were answered promptly. My husband and I still can't believe how lucky we were to have found this apartment. We will definitely return to this apartment on our next trip to France.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful location

This is a light and airy apartment - very well appointed and fabulously furnished - in a quiet, residential neighbourhood that is nevertheless very well connected (easy access to various Metro stations; excellent neighbourhood bakeries and bistros nearby; just a short walk to the Champs de Mars and les Invalides). On top of this the owner (Normand) is a pleasure to work with. This wasn't our first stay and all being well it won't be our last!

High Speed internet, wifi 6, elegant Italian furniture (Cassina, Molteni, etc.). Elegant, safe neighborhood and building, maid service available, walking distance to many Paris attractions, Eiffel tower at 10 minutes walk, museums. Charming small grocery store on the ground floor.
