L'appartement est situé à quelques pas des "Champs Elysées". Dans le 17ème arrondissement, un des quartiers chics de Paris, la plupart des bâtiments sont de style haussmannien. Il est proche non seulement des attractions touristiques comme l'Arc de Triomphe et les Champs Elysées, mais aussi des super marchés et des marchés frais. Il y a un marché frais ouvert toute la journée à distance de marche de l'apt. Bien qu'il soit très bien situé, l'appartement est très calme.

L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'un immeuble en pierre avec ascenseur. Il dispose de parquet, de nombreuses fenêtres et est décoré de façon moderne. Le propriétaire a joué avec un jeu de couleurs noir et blanc, donnant à l'appartement un look très chic.

En entrant dans l'appartement, on fait face à une fenêtre devant et on a un couloir à gauche. Au bout du couloir, on a la salle de bain à droite et la chambre tout droit. Juste avant la chambre, on est accueilli dans le salon.

Ce salon est organisé pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, dont deux couchages. Il propose un canapé confortable, des fauteuils, une table extensible pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et une unité murale. Le salon baigne dans la lumière naturelle, grâce à 2 grandes fenêtres qui offrent une vue sur la rue et le marché frais.

Le canapé peut être converti en un lit confortable pour 2 personnes. Jetez un oeil aux photos, c'est vraiment un bon lit. De plus, le mur partiel donne de l'intimité au coin nuit. Le propriétaire prévoit d'ajouter un rideau pour séparer à volonté le côté chambre du salon et le côté salle à manger.

La chambre offre un lit double confortable et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La chambre bénéficie également d'une grande fenêtre.

L'appartement a une cuisine moderne ouverte qui est bien équipée pour préparer des repas.

La salle de bain est entièrement carrelée. Il offre une grande douche avec portes vitrées, un coin vanité ainsi que la laveuse et la sécheuse.

Les toilettes sont situées dans une pièce séparée.

L'emplacement en lui-même est super: le «Fresh Market Poncellet», un supermarché et de nombreux magasins sont situés très près de l'appartement. La célèbre place des Ternes est à quelques minutes à pied avec ses magasins de fleurs et le métro. L'Arc de Triomphe est accessible à pied: une bonne occasion de se promener sur les Champs Elysées le matin quand les gens se réveillent encore.

Wonderful apartment for our family vacation in Paris

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property during our vacation. JN was very responsive to our queries. We loved the location and proximity to the local markets, conveniences and Metro. The only thing we recommend to improve is the main bathroom sink, which was clogged and did not drain properly each time we went to use the sink. Otherwise, the apartment was great and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Local Gem

This is a wonderful local apartment in the heart of the Arc de Triomphe. This a cute apartment emerged in the local area with the local market, and local shopping on the same street with local restaurants. One bedroom with a pull out couch that is comfortable. It has a full size shower, washer/dryer and nice little kitchen. The toilet is separate which is helpful so that others can shower. It would be great to have a full length mirror in the all by the plug to allow for women to get ready while others shower. Check in instructions are clear and accurate. Easy in and out. Easy access to trains/subway and Uber by going to the main road. Overall I would stay here again. Truly a great location and adorable place in Paris with a great host.

Perfect spot

Everything was as advertised, the location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The only minor issue for us was that it turned out the pull out couch was more comfortable than the main bed. Wonderful stay regardless.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed a lovely 3-day stay in this Paris flat. It is a fabulous location, there is a street market right outside the doors every day and lots of great cafes. We felt safe as its a quiet location. The staff we interacted with were terrific and very helpful with our questions. Until next time Paris.

Nice place!

The place was very pleasant and we were very happy with it! The sofa is a pull-out, so perfect for kids. Even when the curtain was pulled to block off the sofabed area, there was still enough room to sit comfortably at the dining table.

Lovely central property in quiet clean area

We found this appartement to be in a fabulous location, just 5 minutes walk from the Arc De Triomphe. Lots of local restaurants and cafés nearby plus 2 supermarkets for essentials. We stayed as a group of 3 generations - 19, 49 and 79

Great neighborhood

We stayed 2 weeks at rue a Poncelet. Mostly a very good experience though we had several glitches that could have been addressed a lot more effectively with more timely information from the property manager. The market street is wonderful and the Metro is a short walk away.

Great location and nice apartment.

We had a couple of problems, the shower door was off it’s hinges and the smoke alarm kept going off but these problems were taken care of as soon as possible. The communications we had with the owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect Parisian Experience!!

What a wonderful neighbourhood! Our family loved staying on Rue Poncelet. The markets were wonderful. The bakery and cheese shop, too. We enjoyed the Cafe on the corner with the red awning for coffee and pastries. It was a short walk to Ternes or Charles-de-Galle- Etoile metro station and from there, we easily got to anywhere in the city we needed. The Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was simple and clear. I would definitely stay here again!!

Practical apartment in great location

This is the second time we have stayed here and was as good as the first time (this time was August; previous time was December a few years back). The apartment is as it shows in the photos. the sofa bed is comfortable and easy to set up and put away. the kitchen is well appointed. Per other reviews, the only negative is a very small toilet but it works. Sheets and towels were provided and in good condition

Amazing location, plenty of space

We had a lovely stay at this apartment (2 adults, 2 kids ages 1 and 5). It's a lot more spacious than I was expecting, though 4 adults might not find it big enough. The beds were fine, the bathroom, kitchen and fans were all adequate. The best part about this place is definitely the location! It's a nice building on a great street filled with grocery stores, markets, cafes, and restaurants. There are so many shops and amenities nearby! It's also close to a major metro station. I do think the kitchen could use some more cooking knives. And when we arrived around 4pm, the apartment was still being cleaned despite the check-in time being 2pm. It wasn't a big deal, we just dropped our stuff and stayed out of his way, but it just seemed a little disorganized. Overall, a lovely stay!

We felt very Parisienne!

LOVED this space! Very comfortable, well equipped & great location. The remote key situation is odd- hard to be “discreet” with outside diners across the street. Also, dealing with it in pouring rain. Locks on doors confusing at first. But we managed.

This apartment is in a great location and generally a good place to stay in Paris. My only issue is with the very dirty rugs in the living room and bedroom. They need to be replaced.

I felt like a Parisian

We loved staying at the Ternes apartment. It worked out perfectly for my family (four of us). The proximity to the Metro was so convenient. But the street the apartment is on was my favorite thing about it: Baguettes, croissants, flowers, coffee, deserts, fruits, vegetables, meats, groceries, clothing boutiques. It was so much fun. Yes, the WC is a little tight. But it didn't bother us at all. Wonderful place and highly recommended.

Cute Apartment near Arc de Triomphe

We stayed on rue Poncelet, which was very conveniently located. There's a market down the street, 2 grocery stores and great restaurant next door (la p'tite cuisine). The market was great for picking out fresh cheeses, fruit and veggies, so we could eat breakfast at home everyday! Also, the FranPrix has a small section of gluten free products, which came in handy for us. The apartment is small, but perfect for a couple. It was clean and easy to find everything. I would stay here again, which is saying something, since I don't normally say that...

Great location but this place needs an upgrade

The street is pedestrian only and filled with markets, bakeries, cafes and more. It’s an absolute delight. I would stay in this area again for sure. Roughly a 10-minute walk to the Charles de Gaulle Étoile station which is what we used each day (it connects directly to all the major tourist things we did). The main bed mattress was stained yellow and was truly gross. It’s cheap foam, misshapen and uncomfortable. The bathroom and WC were also dirty, and the shower was very grimy. We stayed at 3 other flats during this trip that were similarly priced but absolutely immaculate by comparison. I don’t understand the reviews for this unit given the grimy factor and gross mattress. Even our 8-year old remarked on it. It would not take much to improve this place but as it stands right now it is hard to recommend.

The location is great but it wasn't really clean. Though we needed two beds, only one was prepared with sheets and a comforter. The fact that there is a very detailed letter of how to behave and where you had to go to get the key was condescending and not convenient. There should have been someone there to help us. I felt like the listing agent just didn't want to be bothered.

Great apartment, great location

This was a perfect spot to spend 4 days in Paris. We loved the street - bakeries (fresh bread and pain au chocolate, mmmm), cheese shops, street market every day we were there, great little corner bars for beer, wine, or coffee, all within a block or two of the apartment. Everything we needed was in the apartment, and great instructions for how to use the European machines (very helpful for American travelers). The location was also great with easy access to many metro lines. We used public transit the whole time we were there. We were there as a family with two teenage children, same sex. Older children of opposite gender would maybe find this space too cramped but it worked well for us. We hadn’t ever stayed at a vrob property before but it was a perfect experience and I felt we got exactly what was shown on the website. We would definitely stay here again.

Loving Paris March 2019 .. 2 week stay

This VRBO was as represented on the site. There was lots of light from the large windows. The kitchen was very modern and equipped with all that was needed to make meals and serve on the large dining table. I added fresh flowers from the market right on our street. A market with amazing vegetable, fish and meats. The shower was great with good force of hot water... the washer and dryer were really handy for us. The owner came right away with telephone serviceman when we called that phone was not working...very nice gentleman. The only thing that was not to our comfort zone, was the quietness of the street and area... even in our 70s, we like the hustle and bustle of the city. For you, this might be a plus.
