Perfect Location - Tres Tres Chic!

Chic is the correct word! This main level two bedroom was perfect for our group of four. The location is in the heart of the 7th near the "bottom" of Rue Cler and 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is fully updated with some quirks we quickly got used to (very subtle drawer handles in the kitchen). The main BR is generous by EU standards. The small bedroom is very cozy. Better for one adult, or two children, but we made it work. Baths are very well appointed. The owners and local assistant were very responsive. One note, the building "gardienne" lives on the same level and retires early. Once he told us we were more mindful of our evening return "noise". Definitely recommend and will in all likelihood stay here again!

Well worth the long search for a place to stay in Paris!

We absolutely loved this apartment. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite shower and sink and one toilet and sink in the hallway. They showers had great water pressure and hot water, better than most high end hotels. The sunroom was very bright and calming and brought the outdoors in. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed for cooking breakfast and even included a microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer in one. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Rashida and Laurent et Aziza were very accommodating and patient with our long delay at the airport upon arrival as well as with our departure and answered any questions we had during our stay. We were very happy with their responsiveness and kindness. It was centrally, and perfectly located. Only a couple minute walk to the Bus and Metro Ecole Militaire and to Cler Rue a wonderful street lined with bakeries, café’s, shops, and even an Aldi grocery store. You could walk to Eiffel tower and the arch of triumph or could take a bus there. The only thing I can comment on in terms of drawbacks was the hall bathroom with the toilet was quite small. It was just fine for us but for someone who is big or tall will find it challenging as it is very tight without much legroom. We highly recommend the La Terrasse and Café du Marche for dinner both nearby to the apartment. You cannot miss one dinner at le Relais de l’Entrecote for the best and steak and frites dinner.

A fantastic location with Acess to the metro, rue Cler and many excellent restaurants. So much more comfortable than a hotel!

Great location and very comfortable apartment!

We had a lovely week staying in this apartment. Great location in the 7th, close to École Militaire metro and across the street essentially from rue Cler. It is a first floor unit, but very quiet. The windows are such that it is very private, while also feeling "light" because of the decor. We had everything we needed in the unit and when I had a question, the owner responded immediately. Our only suggestion concerns the second bedroom. It's well appointed with great reading lights - but would have been perfect with a window covering that blocks the light from outside (it was a little bright at night due to neighboring lights); and the bed would benefit from an upgraded sheet (it was just a tiny bit worn out and took away from the otherwise comfortable bed). Thank you for a wonderful stay - just what we needed.

Great 2 bed 2 bath in the 7th Arr.

The apartment was very clean and the host was extremely easy to communicate with during the entire process. The check in process was also very easy and quick. Great location only a 2 min walk to the closest metro. Pics of the apartment were very accurate. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great apartment, great location

What a great apartment. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower, Metro, restaurants and cafes. Very roomy with chic, modern decor. Good communication as our arrival approached and easy check in. We would go back here in a heartbeat.

Perfect !

The owner of this apt is so prompt with replies, helpful and seems to just be a very nice person. The apt was even better than expected. We love the Rue Cler neighborhood so that was our top priority. Rue Cler is charming, full of wonderful restaurants, shops and easy grocery shopping. The location is ideal because you can walk to so many places of interest as well as other neighborhoods. The apt was ideal. Wonderful floor plan, so nicely decorated, bright & fresh, immaculate, and everything we could have needed was there. We love the owner's taste! Fabulous kitchen! First floor makes everything easy. Between the location and the apt itself, it's a 10! When we return to Paris, we'll be hoping this apt is available.

Great Place

Lots of communication with owner/manager. A little Mx up at check in but we got there earlier than expected. Place was clean and cute and on ground floor. Plenty of room. The apartment was renovated very nicely. The location was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat !

Great stay in a great apartment!

We had a great vacation at the perfectly located apartment. It was clean and very spacious. It was beautifully decorated and was a very homy and relaxing after a long day out and about. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone who wants would rather stay in an apartment in Paris.

Pleasant stay in Paris

Our family, 17 month old, and my mother in law stayed here for a week. Everything was easy and a quick walk to sights. Place was clean and decorated better than any hotel I’ve stayed in. Layout worked great and kitchen was much used. Check in was very easy and they assisted promptly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Paris.

Amazing apartment

An excellent place to base your Paris stay.Very close to Ecole Militaire. It was very close to everything around Paris. This apartment is huge compared to the Paris standards. It was very close to many restaurants which made everything a lot easier. There was a small issue with the hot water supply that was resolved to our satisfaction. Overall a very good place and I would book again.

Paris for a week.

We loved this apartment! Very convenient to local shops and restaurants. We walked to several major historical sites and museums. The owners were very responsive to any small issues we had and extremely friendly. The small patio is so charming and we were very comfortable space wise. The deco is very modern Paris with respect to the old building. It was also nice to have extremely comfortable beds and linens. We would return to this charming apartment- many thanks

Perfect apartment

The apartment is in a perfect location. Close to subway, bus and Rue Cler. The check in was amazing. We had an emergency and spent time at the hospital and they met us at the apartment after a very long day. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Paris Apartment

My spouse, adult son and I stayed in this lovely home for 5 days as part of a month-long trip to Europe. The apartment itself is very clean and well-appointed. The location is grand. Rue Cler (the famous market street) is a few blocks away. There are 2 Metro stops within walking distance, as are many of the popular Parisian sites. The neighborhood around the apartment is busy, but quiet once you are inside. The beds were especially cozy. This home was a bit of a splurge for us, but it was worth every penny. We hope to visit Paris, and this property again. We loved it!

Paris perfect

I have been to Paris several times but never stayed (or really explored the 7th). The apartment and location were charming with lots of cafes filled with locals and/or tourists. Check in was a breeze and all questions were responded to quickly. It is so cute and comfortable. Rue Cler is so close for a coffee/hot chocolate, fruit and croissant for breakfast; chocolate, cheese, butter, bolangerie, butcher for stocking the fridge; cafes; and late night ice cream.

Nice appartement but with a few problems

Great location. However we were without hot water from one evening until mid morning the next day. Then one shower was plugged and water ran all the way to the bedroom. The owners never offered any apologies for the inconveniences.

Magical Paris

Four adults stayed 4 nights in this darling clean 2 bed apartment tucked in a side street in the beautiful 7th arroundesment. The beds are comfortable with good bedding. The only toilet is in the hall. Kitchen well designed but be aware there is no cutlery or knives. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. Fabulous cafes.. one across the street and many along the amazing Rue Cler , just a block away.

Amazing Location!

The apartment was in an amazing location. We had access to a wonderful neighborhood with lovely cafes and shops. We were within walking distance of all of the iconic sights of Paris. In addition the apartment was wonderfully appointed and very comfortable for our group.
