Downtown, central condo unit

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Property was impressively clean and well kept. Communication was great and friendly. This location is great for a mix of privacy and still be able to be in walking distance of entertainment, shops and restaurants.

First of all the location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. We did NOT like the LONG 10 digit code to enter the condo. The AC unit squealed when cutting off and on. The smoke alarm beeps all night long. We’ve never heard it in the day but it surely wakes up at night. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly which was disgusting. The water pressure in the entire condo wasn’t good at all. There is NOT a pool on site. I messaged the host and I was told to come by the office and they would give me a map of the 3 locations where we could swim. I will NOT be staying here again.

Location was great. One block away from everything downtown. Unit was clean, bathroom sink was clogged & air conditioner squealed. Definitely hear other renters. Wish there was a map of where the pool is compared to the unit. For the most part it was a decent stay.

Awesome place. Good location to walk to the strip...everything was clean and nice with a deck that over looks the river.. my only complaint is the water pressure in the shower if very week my girlfriend had a hard time getting the sope out of her hear.... we definitely will be back and will recommend this place to anyone who's decided to visiting gatlinburg...A1 place you wont be disappointed

Great place to stay

We arrived later than we planned on the first day due to traffic. Communication was very good and everything was as it stated. It was so nice to be able to go walking around downtown and be able to go back to the condo and rest a while then go back out later. Will likely rent again. Thanks!

8 year Anniversary trip

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend in beautiful Gatlinburg. The weather was great for this time of year. Our accommodations were wonderful. The condo was super clean, and centrally located to several popular spots. The bed was comfortable, we loved the gas log fireplace, it kept the room cozy. Once we parked at the condo, we explored Gatlinburg by foot since the condo was so close and convenient. Another perk to this condo set up is it is handicap accessible with a ramp and elevator.access. We will definitely look to book in the future when we return to Gatlinburg.

anniversary weekend

We stayed 3 nights. We arrived a few hours early and the guy was nice enough to let us go ahead and check in! The condo was very clean. love the gas fireplace, it turned really cold that weekend. The river in front is awesome. Loved that we could walk wherever we needed in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!

I absolutely loved this place. The location is within walking distance to the main parkway. The only downfall to this property is the water pressure in the shower. It was very clean and well maintained but something really, really needs to be done about the water pressure.

Great place to stay

Right on the West Prong Little Pigeon River. Beautiful view. Very clean. Bed was comfy. Internet good. Our only complaint was it sounded like the upstairs neighbors were stomping which makes me think the insulation between floors is not great. As for location, be aware your walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg is a steep uphill hike. Young folks will think I'm exaggerating; people older than 50 will understand.

Everything was great! I would recommend staying on the 3rd floor because the walking and running before daybreak is kind of annoying from the above apartment

Conveniently locate.

If you like to walk to the downtown Gatlinburg shops and restaurants this is a excellent location. The creek in front makes For a nice place to sit with coffee in the morning to plan your day. The sky lift the aquarium and Pancake pantry are all in the 10 minute waking distance. If your goin to the park in either direction it is easy to acces the road for the most part even I. Busy traffic days.

Everything about this condo was great. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Especially liked the gas fireplace and that you can hear the river if you open the balcony doors. Just note that the ski lift ride goes past the building so if you are sitting on your balcony on that side of the building it's not very private, but this wasn't a big issue. The property is easily walkable to downtown Gatlinburg and there is a trolley stop just across the bridge.

Had a bumpy start

We got held up due to the traffic being rerouted due to helwne so we didn't make it to the office until 6:30 and could not find the place. We called and all we got was an answering service. Perfect location

Location is perfect! Walkable to everything in Gatlinburg! VERY clean! I actually don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere cleaner, hotel or VRBO! The only negative was the heating/cooling- in winter it asked for a MAX of 65, that’s cold for a lot of people and the summer asked for 75, that’s hot for everyone! When we turned it below 75 it made this loud sound, almost like an alarm every time it kicked on. We ran all of the fans and left the doors open which had really great screens to keep bugs out. Even with the ac alarm we would stay there again, just not in the heat of summer

Mountain vacation

Property located a short walk from all the activities of Main Street Gatlinburg , so no need for public parking during our stay. Checkin was easy, condo very clean and well stocked for our needs. Highly recommend , and will look to book for future stays .

Great Location

The condo is very clean and a perfect location to walk through town. We slept with the door open each night and enjoyed listening to the creek outside. Great hospitality too! Everything was super easy! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
