The Heart of Gatlinburg on the Little Pigeon River!

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Great rental!

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend. Great location, clean and exactly as described in the listing. We could easily walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Would recommend!

Perfect Location For Downtown Gatlinburg

My wife and I were in town for the Gaither Family Fest. The Condo was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed. The Convention Center was an easy 10 minute walk and it’s only a 5 minute walk to reach the Parkway to wander the shops. The balcony was a nice place to sit and listen to the water flowing in the river and enjoy a drink or a snack. Don’t pay any mind to the negative reviews that mention the noise from the Haunted Mansion next door. We could barely even hear it when we were on the balcony and not at all inside the condo. In fact, I didn’t even notice the music from it until I tried to see if I could hear it. Trust me, it won’t bother you and you can’t even see it through the trees between the properties. Don’t even hesitate, just book this Condo, you can’t go wrong. We arrived on Thursday and the only time we used our car was on Friday during the day to drive out to Cades Cove and Newfound Gap. Other than that, we were close enough to walk to and from as we wished until we checked out on Sunday. Great stay!!!

Overall great . . .

The unit is wonderful - clean and equipped with anything we’d expect in a rental unit! We love the location in Gatlinburg - walking distance to just about everything!!! Perfect location . . . except that the loudspeakers from the next door haunted house greatly DISRUPT any time spent out on the balcony. Certainly not a pleasant everyday or holiday vibe, unless it’s Halloween.That said, this is not the property management’s fault. If you don’t mind ‘spooky sounds out on the balcony or if you don’t intend to spend time outside, this is no problem.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect! We arrived on Friday and we didn't move our car again until we left on Sunday. The condo is located right beside the chairlifts that go up to Sky Park, and you can walk to everything downtown. The condo was so quaint and very clean. The stream running in front was so nice to listen to while drinking coffee on the balcony. And for those that have said the music from the Haunted Mansion beside the condo was too loud, obviously having better hearing than us because we could barely hear it, so please don't let that deter you from staying here. We will definitely be back!

Everything you need for an excellent stay

Location location location...only took our car out once. Quiet, yet centrally located where you can walk to anything you want to do. Clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location!

We had a absolutely great time! The condo was in the perfect location for downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go in town. The condo was perfect for us, clean, well decorated, very comfortable.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It sits next to the Mysterious Mansion. The music was from the mansion was very aggravating. The balcony overlooks the parking lot which is next to the water. It was muddy and dirty looking. It just wasn't the right place for us.

Wonderful location to park and walk

The property was clean and as advertised. It is a perfect property to park and walk the entire time or Uber. It is beside the Mysterious Mansion which plays music very loudly from 5pm to midnight that was annoying. You could not hear it inside. If you can deal with that you'll love it. outside on the the

Labor Day week vacation

Excellent location only a block of the main strip in Gatlinburg . Property was clean, comfortable ad conveniently close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. 1st floor unit did not have much of a view and parking was tight. Overall, very nice.

Jeep Invasion

Our stay at this condo was great! It was recommended by my sister who had stayed here in the past. She also booked the condo right below ours so we could go to jeep invasion with her. The condo was so convenient and we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go in Gatlinburg.

Great place to stay for the two of us!

We have never been to Gatlinburg and wanted to go for our honeymoon. Club Chalet was a great spot in our opinion. It was close enough to the Main Street (parkway) but far enough. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do or took the Trolley which there is a trolley stop near the place. You do hear others who are staying above or next door but not enough that it kept us up all night. It was a great stay for my spouse and I.

Great condo- just like new

This condo is beautiful. Everything about it felt like it was brand new. It's very large and spacious, has a nice balcony where you can hear the river, it's a great location, easy parking and was spotlessly clean! I'd definitely stay again.

Club Chalet is charming

It was exactly how it was pictured. Loved, listening to the river from the deck, bedroom and living room. I am somewhat disabled and loved the ramp. The knob at the lock was a little tricky. Once I learned how to do it it wasn’t difficult at all. The parking spaces were a little awkward trying to turn around. However, I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wanted to stay close to downtown. Peaceful
