Downtown on the Little Pigeon River!

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

We had a great time

Excellent placement of the unit. The river made you feel like you were in the woods and not next to a busy city. Close to all attractions and the room was beautiful and clean. Only thing I would recommend are new pillows. Thanks for the great stay.

Peaceful in town

We enjoyed the peaceful noise of the river running right outside the property. Everything in downtown is a short walk away. Only tricky part was parking. It is a very narrow parking lot. Over all this was a great place to stay!

Property was beautiful, clean and location was great. Had some issues with the lock on the door at times but nothing major. Overall enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg.

Great Location, Very Clean

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was easy to find, very clean, and nicely appointed. Its proximity to downtown made everything super convenient, and the balcony overlooking the stream was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We'd definitely recommend this property to others.We did want to share a couple of minor notes for the hosts. While communication was thorough—which we usually appreciate—we did receive quite a few messages (seven texts and several emails). For simplicity, especially on a multi-stop trip like ours, it would be helpful to streamline to just the essentials: a confirmation, check-in instructions, and maybe a quick check-in during the stay. Also, the 10-digit code for entry wasn’t the easiest to manage, especially compared to other properties we stayed at with shorter or app-based access codes.Overall, a great experience—thank you!

Great host and clean property

Its not a cabin with scenic mountain views. It is, however, a nice clean place that is out of the way yet close to everything. Which is why we chose it. Parking is a little tight, but where isn't in Gatlinburg.

Nice property!

We were there the week between Christmas and New Years! Close to everything which was great since traffic was awful! There is a fence between you room and the little river so you have to walk down the road a tad to get down there to it! Parking is close and only 6 spots available! Don’t think you are getting more than one! Overall great property!

Great location. Pictures and details were exactly as seen in the listing. The balcony facing the river was a huge selling point. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
