Located within two miles of the heart of the town, this dog-friendly cabin has everything you need for a breezy and memorable stay. Enjoy being just a mile away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Are you planning on going to the beach? Keys Beach is only two and a half miles, while Pope Beach is within four miles away. Other wonderful attractions include the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena, Lake Tahoe Golf Cours, Tallac Historic Site, and Inspiration Point (Emerald Bay). If you are willing to travel further, Kirkwood Mountain Resort is 33 miles away, Northstar California Resort is 42.2 miles, and Squaw Valley Resort is 51.2 miles.

This lovely cabin has a nice size backyard perfect for kids and dogs! Inside, gather around the gas fireplace to plan your next adventures. Spend entertaining evenings playing board games with your loved ones. Some of the games provided include Scrabble, Catch Phrase, Rummikub, dominoes, playing cards, and backgammon. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals for everyone, however, there is no dishwasher available. The first floor of the cabin has two comfortable bedrooms, while the lofted area upstairs hosts an additional sleeping area with a smart TV with streaming and cable options.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
There is no AC available.

Welcome to the City of South Lake Tahoe, and thank you for choosing to
vacation here. While enjoying your time, we would like to remind you of some
important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our
neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and
friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and
considerate to the neighbors around you.

City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances

a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day,
is 4 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count
towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before
8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating
equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private
property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved
Surfaces. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except
temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or
recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a
container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart
provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
i. Trash day is every Wednesday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored
in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South
Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall
not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall
be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.

Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to
citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant
and to the property owner.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
