This property has absolutely everything you could ever need. This is a dream kitchen set up if you plan to cook meals during your visit. This property felt like visiting your grandparents lake house in the best nostalgic way.

We actually just slept there twice and made coffee once. The place was very sweet and well appointed as well as clean and spacious.

This is a lovely home close to the lake and just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked, and we were pleased to even find some spices which we used for cooking! Our host was incredibly responsive and generous, which was particularly appreicated as we got hit be a big snowstorm at the latter part of our stay!

Great location, comfortable cabin

My friends and I stayed at this cabin for 3 nights and loved it. It's in a great location. It's quite spacious and is quite well stocked. Will definitely come back and stay again

A Perfect Retreat

This was the perfect place to call home for a week of long lake and beach days! Big kitchen and living space, two shaded patios, comfy beds, great location and attentive management.

Great location, close to trails, lake, great restaurants and shops..

House has an open living area, two patios to enjoys the nice Tahoe weather and fenced yard for the dog. Kitchen has everything you need to make family meals. Love the location, easy access to trails, lake and some really great local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again, very comfortable beds.

Our Tahoe 2025 summer vacation was a blast. We loved this house and its great location. Our fur babies had fun in the fully fenced backyard and quickly learned to use the doggie door from the garage to the yard. This cozy home has everything you need to make your stay most enjoyable.

A great place for a comfortable getaway!

The house was just perfect for our getaway. We were all very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. They yard was perfect for relaxing outside and our dogs loved the ability to roam around. The owners were very easy to communicate with. A great time was had by all!

Perfect interim rental

Our own house is undergoing a remodel and we needed a place to stay. This house is very near our own neighborhood. We were comfortable and felt very safe our entire time. The hosts were very gracious and accessible.

We loved this place and will certainly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave! The location is perfect and close to everything you need! The size and layout was perfect for our family. It felt like home for the month we stayed there, and couldn’t ask for a better way or place to have our holiday break. Michelle was accommodating, extremely responsive, and helpful whenever we had any questions. Thank you for the hospitality! Would absolutely stay again!

Property was comfortable and accommodating. We had pets with us and they had a lovely fenced in back yard to wonder in. The location is close to shopping, Starbucks and the beach. We appreciated the bikes and took a ride over to Richardson's Beach. Thank you

Tahoe Getaway

Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the hosts. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils. Bikes and washer and dryer were a plus. Nice fenced in back yard. Listing details and photos are accurate.

Love this place

Perfect for my small dog and family. I know that I need to reserve it a ways out or it will be taken. Comfortable and clean. My fourth time staying at this property and it is just casual comfortable. I love walking my dog on the trail nearby. I will see you next year! Thanks!

A Month in Lake Tahoe!

This is a lovely property, very true to the photos presented. Maybe a little smaller than I expected (1300 sq. ft), but a very effective use of space. Well appointed. Please be advised, however, that it is NOT 1.4 miles to Pope Beach. It's 3 miles but a pretty easy bike ride.

Felt like home...

...perfect getaway home for the weekend in a family friendly neighborhood. Reasonably priced and affordable, clean, centrally located, kitchen stocked with necessities, garage stocked with toys, etc. Modern comforts such as the large TV and beautiful fireplace made the living room an awesome hangout spot to play cards in the evening and have coffee in the morning. Conversing with the owners prior to arrival was prompt and informative and we had no problems during our stay. We definitely recommend!

Lovely cozy cabin for a weekend getaway

My husband and I rented this property for 3 nights in Mid-July and we were very pleased with our stay. Michele and Dave were very communicative before we checked in, even giving us tips about the weather and the hiking situation around the area. There was a handy binder with lots of property and area info in the home when we checked in. The restaurant suggestions were especially helpful and we took advantage of that more than once. We brought our two small dogs with us and they acclimated well to the home the first night. The backyard was completely fenced in and while there was a dog door in the garage, we just let the dogs out via the back patio door. The listing for this property is extremely accurate and there was a checkout checklist provided by the owners which helped our checkout process immensely. We also left a couple of comments on that sheet for the owners. I’m overall very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and good for dog walks in the evening and morning. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore South Lake Tahoe but leave the noise behind at night. Thank you Michele and Dave for letting us rent your home!

Very nice home, and felt like home. Comfortable, open concept living space. Bedrooms were nice, comfortable beds too. Kitchen was perfect size, with a nice patio and fenced backyard. There is no AC or fans, so if you like your room cooler, which we do, bring a small fan. But overall, we would definitely stay again.

Clean, well appointed house located within walking distance of a number of South Tahoe restaurants and points of interest. One note: the description states 4 bedrooms due to the photos but there are only 3, with one bedroom having two angles displayed.

The location and comfort of the place were excellent. It’s within walking distance of most things you would need. We were expecting to use the bikes, but could not. It is understandable, with the e-bikes out on the roads now, that it might be a liability issue. It all worked out though, because there were plenty of bike rental places nearby. The biking trail is close to the house, which is another big plus. I would highly recommend this place.

For the health and safety of our guests, we regrettably had to eliminate access to our bikes. With the fast, heavy e-bikes on the trails now we needed to insure that anyone on bikes had the proper helmets and other safety gear. We could not provide that personal gear for other health reasons. The close access of bike rental companies is a plus, and if you kept them overnight, the garage easily holds them. We are glad you had an enjoyable stay and look forward to hearing from you again!
