Une belle quatre chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain maison de vacances à plusieurs niveaux à South Peak Resort. Situé à proximité du centre-ville de Lincoln et non loin de la base du télésiège à quatre levées Lincoln Express du domaine skiable de Loon Mountain.

Cette maison de ville de vacances est accessible depuis le deuxième niveau du bâtiment. Une fois à l'intérieur, au niveau de l'entrée, vous trouverez un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine à aire ouverte et spacieux avec un plafond cathédrale. Détendez-vous sur l'un des canapés du salon, allumez le foyer à gaz et regardez un DVD. La cuisine offre beaucoup d'espace pour créer votre repas préféré et dispose de beaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Jouez à un jeu ou profitez simplement de la vue tout en vous asseyant à la table haute. La salle à manger donne sur la pente arrière herbeuse en direction de la rivière Pemigewasset. Également au niveau de l'entrée se trouvent deux chambres (une avec deux lits jumeaux, l'autre un lit queen) et une salle de bain complète et demi.

Le niveau supérieur de la maison de ville accueille la suite parentale avec lit queen et salle de bain privée attenante complète comprenant une baignoire et une douche vitrée fermée. De plus, à cet étage supérieur, se trouve une deuxième chambre avec lit queen, une salle de bain 3/4 et le coin buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse.

Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et toute l’année pour occuper votre temps: shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d’attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard, ski nordique raquette, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

South Peak 1D (P001D) n’offre pas l’adhésion à une piscine ou à un centre de fitness. Vous pouvez souscrire à une piscine ou à un centre de remise en forme moyennant des frais supplémentaires au Mountain Club on Loon ou au Nordic Inn Club.

Accès au bain à remous extérieur et au foyer en plein air de South Peak Community. Veuillez noter que les grillades ne sont pas autorisées sur les terrasses et patios de South Peak Resort. Les grillades sont autorisées uniquement sur le gril à gaz communautaire situé près du spa extérieur de South Peak. Aucune grille personnelle n'est autorisée.

Perfect Amount of Space and Unbeatable Location

We found this spot to be ideal for our large family. Plenty of kitchen space to cook our meals and ample bedroom space as well. The condo was walkable to the Timbertown Lift and that made managing the group’s comings and goings a lot easier. Great spot!

Great unit, great location

We enjoyed 3G in Building 15. It was clean and the location at the Escape Route made it really easy for all of the skiers. Plus an easy drop off at the South Peak. There were little issues like doors not locking, a window blind not working, and the seat cushion coming off one dining chair, but someone came out to repair the doors. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bags made it feel more spread out for everyone and the living room and open kitchen was great for gathering. Would definitely return.

Condo was nice and roomy for the 7 of us. Great living area and kitchen.

Condo was nice and roomy. A few things were broken I.e., lampshade in living area, picture in Master bath, beds were full not Queens, pillows were flat and cheap, clocks on wall did not work, rooms were inconsistent with heating. Upstairs was too hot and downstairs bedrooms to cold, table and chairs in kitchen were stained and not sturdy.

This property was disappointing, while I don’t expect all essentials salt would have been nice.

We were looking forward to this long weekend with family. The check in and Susan (Loon reservations) was wonderful to work with. The condo was ok, no extra essentials available, bring your own salt. You may want to bring your own pillows as well, I had to use the pillows from the couch. They were horrible! The hot tub and fire pit are located two buildings down, not a far walk if it’s warm out. The gas fireplace and appliances were good, plenty of dishes and utinsils.

Great Location but the unit was in bad shape and not clean!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed in the South Peak units but always wanted to since the units are newer and it's a great location. This unit 3G was is very BAD condition - Dining room table was so stained and chairs cushions were so gross we hardly sat in them. The beds are not Queen size by any means and the pillows were bad. Their had been a prior water leak in the ceiling of the room with twin beds we noticed upon arrival. The outdoor patio had bag chairs that were awful. The sliders glass was loaded with finger paints when we checked in. The clean upon our entry was sub par as best as we could clearly see dust and lint on rugs in the house. We were really disappointed as we pay the same as the other units that are clearly not as worn or neglected. There are a sign noting to take shoes off at the door but all of our socks were black from the floors. So the floors weren't cleaned between rentals.

Well kept and convenient!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at South Peak previously so were expecting a similar experience this time around. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. No instructions for TV usage & ultimately called for help. Tech was unable to help & owners son called - still couldn't use the TV for the entire stay. The ceiling in one bedroom was pealing from water damage. Closets were stuffed with blankets/a mess. Kitchen chairs falling apart and filthy as was the tabletop. Kitchen pantry so stuffed and in a mess that the door wouldn't close. Front door keybox stuck & wouldn't work. The best part about this was the kitchen itself which was stocked with all the appropriate cookware & utensils.

Nice Place

the rooms are big and open, yet the bedrooms are quiet. Parking was an issue and confusing. It said we had the garage and space in front of the garage - but couldn't figure out how to get into the garage. All in all it worked out.

Not Very Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Lincoln the last 10 years and have stayed in South Peak a handful of times. I have to say that this time we were disappointed with the cleanliness of unit 3G. There was about 2 inches of dust on the headboards and the condo smelled musty. The ceiling on the downstairs bedroom is peeling and after finding some damp clothes that were in my daughters bag, we realized that water must have leaked from the upstairs shower, through the ceiling. The unit definitely needs some “cleaning up”. The walls could use some painting, the kitchen table is stained and could be replaced, the carpets didn’t feel very clean. Also it was surprising to see only one television in the entire unit.
