2 bedroom, 1 and a half bath, completely private home with free parking. Full kitchen, washer, dryer and all the needed amenities. Covered front porch for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee! Linens provided, 1 per guest.
Very nice, quiet and clean. Definitely would consider staying there again. Enjoyed our stay there. Host responded in timely manner to any questions I had.
This place is off the beaten path, which makes for lovely evenings. I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a step stool for us vertically challenge people to reach the microwave and dishes
This property was perfect for us to visit family in Longview, but have our own space. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to town, but a country atmosphere with chickens, cows and pastureland all around.
Enjoyed the strong WiFi, instant hot water and comfortable furniture.
Will stay again!
The place was very clean. It was perfect for our weekend stay. The full bathroom is off the living room/kitchen so itâs accessible to all guests. We would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed here after attending our granddaughters ETBU Acrobatic & Tumbling Competition in Marshall. A nice place to stay on our way back to Denton. Thank you!
I usually don't write reviews but this place truly deserves the recognition. Bring food and you are all set. Respect the space so that it's available for future customers. You will not go wrong staying here. You are about 15 minutes away from the nearest grocery store. Enjoy!
Property was very clean and looked mostly like the photo except there was no fenced yard and no table with two chairs. Because we were there for business and work on reports in the evening, the missing chairs made life difficult. We travel with our own folding table and so just balanced on pillows on the sofa.
Great little place in the country, but close to main Longview. The ac was great. Nice having 2 primary suites. I wish the sofa & loveseat was more comfortable. Not very practical. It would have been nice to have a bath mat in the front bathroom. I had to use the hand towel.
I would stay there again.
This was a last minute booking and all more normal stays were booked.
Good half: The property manager was very responsive and allowed a 12 noon check out. House was very clean and larger than expected. There were supplies for shower, laundry, dishwasher and kitchen necessities. Covered porch had lighting and picnic table.
Bad Half: Living room furniture was uncomfortable, the one soft chair had broken springs. Towels were worn thin with torn edges, bed sheets were so worn they were rough and would not stay on bed. Very loud train all night.
With a few improvements this would be a very nice stay. I would not book again unless they invested money on needed improvements.
There were 5 houses in a row and all were booked. Perhaps the others were better.
The property Unit 861 I rented per contract was not occupied but they directed to me to another similar property, unit 875, that appears on the outside to be like the one I contracted for. They have (4) units side by side. The unit I contracted for was unoccupied so I don't know why two hours before I arrived, they changed the unit. The unit I stayed in had very dated appliances. Very old oven and range top that needed extensive cleaning, rust in the washer and internally stained dryer. I'm not sure I would use those. The refrigerator had numerous dark stains in many of the door panel areas, and the freezer had rust on the shelf. The chair and the couch in the living room were soiled and uncomfortable. All the items mentioned seem to be well worn items that had been installed to this promising new two bedroom mobile unit. The microwave was usable if you stood on a bench; it's on top of the frig. Restless night as I heard the passing of the (4) different train runs at various times through out the night passing nearby. Nice items: loved the china dishes, liked the flooring and a the kitchenette area decor. Good shower head. Nice floor plan. I'm a VRBO fan but I will chose not to stay at this location again.
