I have stayed numerous times at this property. Although it’s an older house, the property has been updated. Always clean, many supplies for your stay, good location, and the host is very attentive. This is my go to for Longview visits.

Great Place To Stay

I rented the place for my stay during Christmas 2024. I was blown away. The property itself looks amazing, and the amenities that are provided inside the space is insane. I was thoroughly impressed with the place and will definitely stay again when I visit Longview. I highly recommend.

Stay Again!

The property was just as pictured and my first stay. I use Vrbo frequently and this was the most well stocked place to date. The location was convenient to everything and I liked that it was well lit at night. Bed was comfortable and location quiet at night. The house is a bit older, but it is clean and furniture nice. I will stay again!

Comfort and clean!

Perfect home for our stay! Water pressure and temp Amazing! Even had great shampoo and conditioner to use! Beds comfortable, extra towels, and all amenities to feel at home. Loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings! A++ communication with owner!

Wedding Stay

We had a great time in Longview and enjoyed a beautiful wedding of our oldest son. The house was perfect, Carol even let us check in a few hours early to get ready for wedding rehearsal. All the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and quite. Awesome time. Thank You for being a part of our son's great day.

We had a great time at this classic cottage cutie. Simple accommodations that had everything that we needed. It was nice to be able to cook a meal or do a load for laundry.The owners were quick to respond with questions. Im officially done with hotels

Best rental I’ve ever stayed in!!!!

We rented this house to be close to the hospital while my mom was there. The house is super clean and beautiful. The best part of the stay was the hospitality! The owners are super people, respectful, accommodating and helpful. They truly made us feel like it was our house and that we mattered, felt like staying with family! I will rent this place every time that I need a place near Longview!!!!

House was great. Didn’t receive check in instructions from host until 21 hours into our stay. Arrived to the house Friday evening, no reply from host for instructions. Evolve customer service was finally able to give us the code after midnight. Overall the house is great but waiting hours to get into a house when you’ve been traveling all day is not ideal.

Amazing Place

My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway weekend. It was wonderful! The place is relaxing, beautiful, and super clean. The hosts go above and beyond to provide an excellent stay for their guests. For example, they have hygiene products available for guests that may need them (I forgot my toothbrush and didnt have to take a trip to the store :o), a wonderful coffee bar with coffee and tea, welcome treats, a play pin, washer and dryer, filtered water in the fridge, etc. It is in a convenient location- close to shopping, the loop, and eating. The bed is so comfortable! Our stay was AMAZING and we will definitely stay again. Beautiful all the way around!!!

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and spacious.Some things that need to be addressed yo make it better :-Window coverings in the kitchen needs to be wider and thicker. Anyone could see inside easily.- The trees/bushes near the street need to be trimmed. It is not possible to see any vehicle coming from the left.- The boards to the right of the stairs when leaving the kitchen either have no or rotten support. They dip down when stepped on close to the steps.
