Rotonda is peaceful community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers.
The community contains 8,000 home sites with over 5,000 homes completed and is experiencing rapid growth. Residents are predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community

There are five golf courses operated by Rotonda Golf and Country Club. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing and boating opportunities for its residents.
Many exotic and beautiful birds and other wildlife call Rotonda West their home. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all.

Lots of space to explore and enjoy. Completely for the private use of our guests with exception of locked closet in master bathroom.

With cascading water and beautiful illumination, the pool is the focal point. Pool heat is available in the winter months. Fee $20 per night. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your desired start time. Hot tub, Koi pond, outdoor kitchen, fishing dock. Home is shrouded in privacy. All property maintenance is done every Thursday pool, koi ponds and butterfly garden must be accessible.

Car is recommended, uber available in the area.

The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Will work diligently to accommodate early check ins, but we want to ensure the home is top notch so you can enjoy a relaxing stay. Please note that the table outside is not a fire pit it is just used as a table.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Check out list provided in the home
