Nestled in the shade trees in the much sought after North Topsail Beach, this three-bedroom home with two full bathrooms has enough room to sleep seven people.

A brief walk with the owner-provided beach cart will take you to the white sandy beach to soak up some rays, catch some waves, or maybe you'll decide to wake early and sip your coffee while you watch the sun rise with your toes in the sand. You may also stay in the house and play pool, watch movies, or have a Monopoly marathon in the downstairs den.

Walk up the stairs to the living room and kitchen where you will find a cheerful, open-concept living area with lots of natural light. On either side of the living area, you will find a balcony, one shaded with wicker chairs for early morning beach air, or midnight chats with a glass of wine. Also on the top floor are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Although you won't want to leave the house, adventure is a short drive away.

Hop in your car and find boutiques, local golf courses, boat ramps, and thrilling nightlife. Don't wait to book this property and start counting down the days until your beach vacation.

House is clean and close to ocean. Down fall is you only have one parking and it’s a tight squeeze. I had to back my pickup truck down the ally to house and park car guide against the garage. Houses are on top of each other. No grill and not a lot of cookware and no dish towels or dish cloths. Frying pans are in bad shape. I spent 150 on stuff for kitchen in order to cook. Living space/sleeping is all upstairs. I would not recommend to someone that isn’t in fairly good shape.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay, great house with all the amenities!! Just a few minute walk to the beach! Parking was a bit tricky but we quickly figured out how to make it work! We hope to come back next year!!

Great stay

Nice little properrty and close to the beach. Very well appointed with everything you need. The toilet sears are coming loose and need to tightened. Otherwise, nice place. We would stay there again if it was beach front.

Perfect location

It was such a nice layout! Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location, walking distance to the beach access. A beautiful sunrise view is just across the street.

Bayview Retreat

Took my teenage daughter and her 3 girlfriends down to North TopSail for a few days during Easter Break. The house was wonderful! Such a short walk to the ocean. A very relaxing trip! Just wish the weather was 10 degrees warmer. But overall- Would RECOMMEND!

Perfect Stay

We loved everything about this place. The game room was perfect for having friends over. The rooms were comfortable & designed well. The outdoor shower was so convenient for coming back from the beach. They provided soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, fresh towel sets, laundry detergent.. such a comfortable stay! They contacted us to make sure we got in & found everything well. Can’t recommend enough!

Enjoyable home base in Topsail

Nice home to rent for a family beach vacation. Some key positives: - 5 Wifi-enabled TVs, one in each bedroom, living area, and basement - Pool table in basement / fun room - 5 minute walk to the beach - Beach umbrella, 4 chairs, and beach cart in the garage came in handy - Pleasant decor; nice kitchen; enjoyed morning coffee and evening card games on the front balcony Some negatives: - Lawn was overgrown and not well kept - No instructions about trash and recycling pickup - No DVD or BluRay player

Quiet Beach Stay

House was in a good location, quiet and close to the beach. Overall a good experience. The coffee maker was for only 4 cups, like a hotel room size. Pictures showed a Keurig. I would also like to suggest a storm door to the deck. Lots of natural light and a nice breeze but had to keep door closed. I would recommend staying here and I would like to come back next year.

Love the beach, not so much the house .

We loved the location,short walk to the beach. We liked that it was dog friendly and the upper balcony for our pups to hangout without leashes. The layout of the home was good. However the house lacked in pans and dishes. The pots and pans were so old and scratched we were afraid to use them. We went to a local store across the bridge to purchase one. There was hair in the refrigerator as soon as we arrived and the moldings in every room had not been touched in awhile. The shower filled with water with each use. There must be a clogged drain. The decor was nice and the room in the basement was great. The cleanliness labeled a lot it made us feel uncomfortable. Then time at the ocean was perfect.

Great Location and Home - Cleaning staff were lacking

This home was perfect for a family of 4 with a dog. The home is well equipped and decorated, and very comfortable. All of the appliances are newer and work wonderfully. The huge laundry room in the basement was a bonus. The basement was great to hang out with friends who were staying at the Condos across the street. Despite a few complaints, I would book it again based on the quality and comfort of the furnishings and location. My main complaints - The cleaning staff arrived at 4pm and were done at 4:30pm on the day of check-in. The house appeared clean until I tried to cook dinner and many of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. And there are only 4 cups in the house. We were never able to connect to the Wifi, and I texted with Vacasa several times, but eventually gave up, because I wasn't at the beach to play on the Internet.

Super clean, spacious and close to beach!

We were so happy with this rental house! The location was excellent—just a very short walk to the beach—and the house was extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, our kids loved playing in the game room downstairs and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
