Bienvenue à «Snoring Shores», notre maison de vacances de deuxième rangée idéale pour des vacances à la plage en famille.

Cette maison de plage dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et beaucoup d'espace pour profiter de votre temps ensemble. Profitez de votre café du matin sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. La maison est dans une rue calme à quelques mètres de l'accès à la plage publique; qui est deux maisons en bas et de l'autre côté de la rue. Cette extrémité de l'île n'a pas de parking public sur la plage, elle est donc moins fréquentée que les autres parties.

La maison est une maison de vacances lumineuse, propre et mise à jour qui peut accueillir confortablement 8 avec deux lits queen et 4 lits superposés jumeaux dans la chambre avec lits superposés. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour préparer vos repas à la plage (cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, casseroles, poêles, mugs, verres à vin et plus).

Nice place at a good price for a group of friends or a couple families!

Five friends and I stayed her for a weekend and loved our stay. There are plenty of beds, all of the kitchen basics you need, a charcoal grill, and a nice common space. Everything was clean and the linen service was convenient. The house is also right across the street from a public beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Snoring Shores Visit

We visited Topsail Island to try out my son's restaurant at the Villa Capriani so this house was very convenient for us. It was just steps to the beach so our grandson was very happy shelling. We had a very nice visit!

Annual Beach Trip

Perfect location, easy walk back and forth to the beach. No need to drag coolers to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, 15 min drive to grocery store, cvs and a couple of beach stores for souvenirs. House had everything we needed for a enjoyable stay.

Beautiful View of the beach from the stairs, nice clean spacious house, quiet area. Beach is right across the street. Unfortunately no access to the beach unless you walk down the street a good distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!

The beach house was a just walk to the beautiful ocean! The kitchen had enough pots, pans, etc for us to cook at home. The bunk house was cute and functional. It was a wonderful few days!

Great Mother's Day stay!

My family (husband, son, daughter and dog Maizey) stayed for the weekend for a relaxing Mother's Day and it was so nice! We love N Topsail and the house was just right! Plenty of space, everything we needed for our stay and a really short walk to the beach. It was so convenient having the hose and shower downstairs to rinse all of our stuff and our selves off after a day at the beach too - that was such a great bonus! We hope we can stay there again in the future!

Great house with a view of the ocean. Enjoyed this found gem for my daughters sweet 16 weekend with my family and friends. Perfect for 8. All question were answered in a timely manner. The laundry service provided was such a great addition by the owners.. Linens were clean and fresh. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet end of the island stay.

Short trip

We only stayed 2 nights at this property. When we checked in it was better than what I was expecting. The outdoor shower was very convenient! I also did not mind the short walk to the beach. The location was very quiet and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We brought our dogs along and this property was very accommodating for them. We arrived around 130 and the linen company dropped fresh linens around 3. Kudos to them, they were fantastic as well! The home was neat and clean on our arrival. I hope to book this property again next year for a LONGER stay!

Got to a property that was obviously closed up for a long time. We cleaned for 2 plus hours and made it tidy. The beach was terrible where the property is located we had to drive 6.3 miles to public parking to gain beach access. Not disclosed. The property was in a rural and nothing unique and neat it. Would highly recommend a more comprehensive write up. But suffice to say we will not be back.

We appreciate your effort in tidying up the property—most of our guests find it quite welcoming. Regarding beach access, it’s curious that you had difficulty finding a nearby beach, as it’s usually very accessible. I do recommend checking the tide app to plan your beach visits, as tides can affect access, though unfortunately, that's beyond our control.

Great Family Space

We visited local family in Sneads Ferry, and used Snoring Shores as a “home” base. Overall, it was a good experience. Owner was accommodating and responsive to our questions. Easy, very-close-by beach access. Outdoor shower was great for fast sand removal before going back in. Water pressure inside was good. Wish the kitchen would have had better cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils; it was barely adequate for the family dinners we did. Fridge motor was loud. AC ran great and we were cool. Hurricane Isaias roared thru during our stay, so we went to an inland hotel for one night. The place held up fine though; we would have been OK staying.

A quiet stay, in a great location.

Communication with the host was great! Always prompt in responding. We had no issues with our stay overall. The rooms were clean. The linen service they used had everything ready to go when we arrived. The only slight issue we had was the wifi information was incorrect, but we were able to figure it out, well the teenagers did, I'm not a techy person. So not sure that I would have. That may need updated on the website, but really a minor issue. House is in an incredible location on a quiet street. It is close to an icecream shop, and a restaurant. It is also a short drive from the pier. Beach access was super close and my 81 year old grandma had no trouble with the short walk. Overall it was a great stay for a quick vacay. Will look into booking here in the future.

Beware of damage scam

I stay on multiple properties on topsail each summer. This is the only one I have ever had an issue with the host. Beware of a damage scam with this property (which I’m currently disputing with my credit card and VRBO (and grateful for traveler protection/support)). Aside from the issue with the owner, generally the home has an issue with ants, the kitchen items weren’t clean, and the light switches are hit and miss on if they actually work. For a Wednesday-Sunday stay we decided not to complain because we were at the beach and could cope, but I wish I had sent my laundry list of issues over knowing how petty Christina P is willing to be.

It was okay

The listing advertised a full range kitchen with utensils that could be used to prepare our meals. All of the utensils and supplies were dirty and had to be washed before using. There were no pots and pans to cook on the stove so must of our groceries went to waste. There was old food left in the fridge from the previous renter, the microwave was disgusting and was not cleaned before we arrived and there were tubs filled with linens that never got removed our whole stay even after messaging the owner about it. The location was great and the view was amazing, but the inside of the home itself could of been much better. Will be staying at a different beach house the next time our family comes.

The location is great! The views are amazing and we are glad you enjoyed them. I'm also very glad you will not be staying at our home again. We do allow dogs and ask that everyone pays for their dogs as it covers the additional wear and tear of things at our home. We also pay the cleaning staff extra to do a deeper cleaning after dog's stay. We have not had any reports of missing cookware and have been at the house after your stay; it was all accounted for. Our cleaning company will leave items if they are unopened, if you didn't want to use them you are welcome to leave them or throw them away. I do understand not preparing meals as we have some great restaurants close by. Additionally, when guests come before check-in time the linens company may not of came yet.

False advertising of available amenities and an unnecessary extra charge.

While there is minimal beach access during low tide, it isn’t ideal for a family day at the beach. There is a public beach about a mile away that you can pay to park at though. Bring your water shoes for sure. After planning, prepping and shopping for the 5 days of cooking on a charcoal grill we found that there isn’t a grill. I asked the owner where it was located and they responded that they don’t have one. All of the information provided ahead of time and printed and framed in the living room included grill instructions. Although the house is cute, it could have been much cleaner and have better cookware. The location is beautiful and the sunrise was epic. Once we arrived home we received an email from the owner stating they have charged us an extra $220 fee for brining a dog that they captured on their camera. My dogs stayed in NY with my pet sitter and I most certainly did not being a dog into their home. I can promise they have zero proof of something that simply did not happen. Be careful with this location. We’ve been utilizing rental properties for several years now and this was our worst experience. We intentionally respected their home, left it cleaner than we found it and they still tried to add an extra fee.

We would like to clarify that our listing does not mention a grill, and we regret any misunderstanding. Regarding beach access, we are exploring ways to improve this aspect, but unfortunately, tides are beyond our control. Regarding the dog fee, we will thoroughly review our records to address any discrepancies.

Chris is from Colorado and moved to North Carolina not long ago. I feel in love with the area and so thankfully to call this area home. Growing up I played with horses and did anything outside.

My husband and I have worked very hard to have a little piece of paradise. Which we are glad to share with you. We have two young adventurous boys who love the outdoor life as much as we do.
