Enjoy your Port Aransas getaway in the Blue Bungalow, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as your own private plunge pool. This modern beach house is the perfect getaway for your family and an easy walk to the beach, or into town. Our bungalow is cozy and is the ideal size for a family or group of 6. Pack light- There are no closets in the bungalow!

Kitchen with all new appliances and fully stocked with all you need to prepare your favorite meals

The outdoor shower and bathroom are just steps from the pool

Getting to the beach is an easy 7-minute walk. The nearest beach access is on Sandcastle directly across from our driveway.

*Our bungalow is a cozy 850 square feet. To keep things comfortable, we limit our guests to a maximum of 6 people. Pack light for the beach and enjoy the simple life! There are no closets in our bungalow, but we do provide hooks to hang your essentials.

*Parking is tight! There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) between the pillars under our house. We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.

*Our pool heater is electric and is unable to heat the pool to more than 20 degrees above the current outside temperature. If the outside temperature is under 50 degrees, then our pool heater will not work. It is intended to take the edge off the cooler water, but will not feel the same as a hot tub.

*ABSOLUTELY NOT PETS ALLOWED

*MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK AND PERSON ON RESERVATION MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE STAY

We had a wonderful time and communication was great! We overlooked there were no closets and it was a challenge to not be able to unpack our suitcases for over a week. The property is very new and clean! The beds are pretty good and a little soft, very comfortable. If you need trash bags or toilet paper, reach out to Gretchen and she will take care of it. Would stay again, but probably need a larger house for more people coming next time with us.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This house is perfect for a laid back vacation in Port Aransas. It’s a very short walk to the beach and close to other amenities. The house was well kept, check in was very straight forward. Our hostess was very quick to respond to questions we had. We are looking forward to visiting again.

As listed, beautiful property, great location

This property exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, plenty of room for four adults and two children. Beautiful and modern finishes, and well stocked. Enjoyed the small (warm) pool and the location was perfect for beach access. Especially appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! Have already recommended the property to others and hope we get the chance to stay again.

Awesome bungalow

We had a great time. The home was perfect for our group. So close to the beach. Made lugging fire wood to the beach a breeze. The pool was the perfect size. The heated feature was a nice touch. The decor was nice. We loved it. Thanks Gretchen.

Weekend get away

We stayed here this past weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in was super easy and checkout was too. The facilities were amazing and close to everything we needed!! We will stay here again!!

Family Fun at the Blue Bungalow

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bungalow! Loved being so close to the beach and all the shops/restaurants in Port A. We rode our golf cart everywhere. It was great to have a private pool for our kids to play in while we unpacked from a day at the beach. The bungalow was very clean and had a stylish, beachy look. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bungalow. Gretchen was very helpful and responsive when we booked the trip; the location was PERFECT; our group of 5 was very comfortable; and it was so nice having every thing we needed at the house. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect beach house

Had a great long weekend in Port A and the house was just perfect for 6 of us. The decor was so cute and well done, kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy too! Gretchen was also quick to respond when we had a question. 10/10 would stay again.
