Spanning 1,622 square feet, the brand-new interior is rich with modern designer touches and eye-catching fixtures. Channel your inner chef in the modern kitchen, or grill out in your spacious outdoor oasis.

The spa and heated pool feature cascading waterfalls. Enjoy the mountain view while you lounge by the water, or recline in absolute style around the gas firepit. Yard games add to your entertainment options.

Located within the gated club, June Hill's Table restaurant is within a quick walk of home. You're also conveniently located minutes from the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival grounds.

LIVING AREA

A glass triple-slider expands the indoor/outdoor
living area to the patio and pool. Recline on gorgeous leather furnishings and a comfy sleeper sofa while a new movie screens on the smart TV.

The office is outfitted with a sleek desk and contemporary furniture.

KITCHEN & DINING

Polished granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances set the scene for culinary creativity. Preparing meals is a breeze thanks to a gas range and a roomy side-by-side fridge.

Five can keep the chef company at the kitchen island. When recipes are ready, enjoy home-cooked meals at an elegant table for six.

BED & BATH

This single-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have smart TVs.

Rest easy in the primary suite, furnished with a stately king bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity.

Comfort awaits in the guest room, furnished with a queen bed. The guest bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Swim in your heated pool or soak in the spa, complete with cascading waterfall features. The spacious poolside patio provides ample space to relax in the sun or shade.

Make use of the charcoal grill and host an afternoon cookout. Dine outdoors at the six-person table. After your meal, gather on the lounge furniture around the gas firepit. Yard games are also provided.

LOCATION

Your Trilogy Polo Club getaway is a 3-minute walk from June Hill's Table, a popular on-site restaurant. The Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival grounds are 1.3 miles from your door, and the lush fairways of Golf Club at Terra Lago are accessible in a 15-minute drive.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property sits of Ave 52 & Vacasa a disappointment

One star because the owners were very responsive and involved. However, I had committed to three months and nothing could be done about the traffic noise. Avenue 52 is a main thoroughfare for farmers, builders, cement trucks, and every other vehicle starting about 4:00 a.m. After a week it was evident there was not a big break (weekday vs. weekend). Sitting outside was comfortable with earbuds. Having a conversation? Not easy. I asked Vacasa if there was any way they could work on shortening my stay, and it was a solid “NO” (almost before I finished asking). I tried again with another contact (based on the noise and all the problems w/Vacasa*) and he offered a 10% off for my next stay through Vacasa. No thanks. *Other issues with Vacasa - When I checked in, the house had not been cleaned well and they had to come back and clean appropriately (I had to vacate for a number of hours). There was about two weeks with of garbage in the can. There was some sort of plastic mattress pad on the main bed (which I was able to find the appropriate and changed it myself). The main bedroom carpet was so soiled that I ended up cleaning it myself vs. having to vacate the property again. The most disturbing Vacasa issue was an employee coming into my rental after I had specifically asked for the delivery (of ant traps) to be left at the front door. Thank goodness I was not in the shower. The fact that Vacasa had presented the property as “ready to occupy”, and an employee came into an occupied property, there is an issue with management and judgement. I could not handle the noise any longer and ended up leasing another home about 7 weeks before my term was up (no refund). Two friends were going to stay the last few days, and my concerns were confirmed as they stayed one night only.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property came as described. It is a newer property in a gated community that has thoughtful details and is well-appointed. The pool, spa, and firepit are beautiful and private. The additional cost for heating the pool/spa in January is a must. The only minor issue with the property is that it backs up to a busy road which generates some traffic noise, if that is a concern to you.

Wonderful Stay at the Oasis

We especially enjoyed the pool, spa, firepit and backyard area. The community restaurant was within walking distance and we also enjoyed the near by Tack Room restaurant. The management staff let us know that they were there to help us if we had a problem. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in the desert.

Everything from the open layout kitchen/living room to the bedrooms to the resort-like backyard were absolutely perfect and felt as though we were renting a brand new house. Every detail was clearly thought out carefully and the all of the furniture and amenities were top notch! Both Turnkey and the owners of the home were extremely responsive and accommodating. We truly couldn't have asked for a better home in the Indio area - would 100% recommend renting this property and will definitely be back again! Close to La Quinta, amazing golf courses, and a great clubhouse restaurant in the community.
