This home is in a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.
★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★
Yes, guests enjoy a private pool & spa with light controls inside the home. The pool can be heated, the fee is $60 per day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. Spa heat is included. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.
Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.

Garage and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Direct home entry from garage. HOA prohibits street parking. No RVs, trailers, oversized or commercial vehicles are allowed per HOA rules.

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.
★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.
★ Are there restrictions on guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
