Nestled in a lovely Morro Bay community just 300 yards from the Pacific Ocean, this 2BR/2BA beach bungalow is near a plethora of restaurant and shopping options.
After a fun-filled day of seaside explorations, relax at home in the spacious living area, or grill out on the private patio.
LIVING AREA
The spacious living area serves as the social hub of this inviting home. Find seating for seven on a large sectional and two plush armchairs. Kick back and watch a movie on the 60in TV. Natural light and airy decor create a welcoming vibe.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern appliances.
Sip coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two, or enjoy meals in the main dining area with seating for four.
BEDROOM & BATH
This home sleeps up to five guests in the two bedrooms.
Find quiet tranquility in the naturally-lit master bedroom, outfitted with a comfy king bed. An en-suite master bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin daybed. A guest bathroom is equipped with a bath tub.
OUTDOOR AREA
Dine alfresco on the patio, accessible via sliding doors in the dining area. Fire up the grill and enjoy a family cookout in the refreshing sea breeze.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Extra amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, cable, Netflix, beach chairs and toys, bicycles, a DVD player, and a communal playground. Parking is available on-site for up to three vehicles.
Although this rental is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures by the coast.
LOCATION
Soak up the sun at the beach, just steps from your front door! Or take a drive up the famous Pacific Coast Highway and visit Morro Bay State Park, an 8-minute drive. Visit North Port Natural Area, a 3-minute drive north, or take a walk in Del Mar Park, also 3-minutes away by car.
Your bungalow is within walking distance of a plethora of restaurant and shops.
SECURITY
For your peace of mind, we have added two Ring security cameras with built-in lights to our driveway. These cameras will enhance the security of the home and provide additional lighting to the driveway for our guests. Additionally, we already have a front door camera for extra safety.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
