Spacious 1 Bedroom Apt - 3 min Walk to the Beach!

A perfect place for 1-4 people to stay! You will have plenty of room, shared use of a grill, backyard, and outdoor dining area. Location is fantastic - it's only a 3 minute walk to the lagoon/beach, 20 minute walk to the Oak Bluffs harbor, 25 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs, and 7 minute drive to State Beach.

We have central AC and heat to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature is!

The owners live upstairs with their two young kids (5 & 7) and a dog. As such, this listing is for early-risers ready to enjoy the beauty of island mornings :)

A really nice space and was great for our family of four. The host family was extremelykind and shared some great recommendations. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO and would stay here again!

The location was nice, in a quiet area. It was a short drive to downtown, which was convenient. Everything we could have needed was provided, and the place was very clean. The property owners were delightful to talk with. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable apartment. It has everything we needed to enjoy our time in Martha's vineyard. It's a 5 minute drive to many great restaurants and shops. The beach at the bottom of the street is great to sit and watch the boats and enjoy the water view. Josh and Tonya were helpful with lots of local info and we enjoyed talking with them.

Amazing MV stay!

The photos don’t do this place justice, the owners were very hospitable, the place was super clean, and had everything we could’ve possibly needed for a MV stay! Thanks so much - will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! It was the perfect size for my husband and I ! We were able to get to our friends house in Oak Bluffs and Downtown so easily! The little beach at the end of the block was so beautiful and peaceful!

Cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a quiet neighborhood away from the town (if you want to get to the Oak Bluffs "town," it's over a mile walk). Our host, Josh, was upfront about the family noise from his home upstairs and it wasn't an issue for us.

The bed is to low to the floor. I got 3 different cramps in my legs getting out of the low bed.

My husband, my 5 year old and I visited the island and we really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and had everything we needed including beach gear. The hosts were very accommodating. Location was fantastic. I would recommend this place! It was a 10/10

Recommended location

The property was clean and the owners were very accommodating. They had information about places to go/see in the apartment and were very responsive to my inq before and during my stay. They even had beach equipment for our use- very convenient.

Joshua and his wife were so nice and welcoming for my boyfriend and I. They responded any questions within minutes and took care of us so well. If I visit again this summer will definitely be staying with them again!

Perfect for our needs

We stayed for three nights with our two children. It was perfect for our needs at a fair price. Extremely clean and comfortable with ample room for our small family. The space is neither rustic nor fussy and it felt safe for our toddler. We particularly appreciated the parking space and beach gear, washer dryer, pack and play and mini-split AC. We felt right at home with the family atmosphere of the property. We will certainly try to stay here again next year!

Quiet and pleasant

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. Loved being just a few steps from the pond. Bit of a longer walk (about 20 minutes) to get to town but still very walkable. The host family was extremely responsive and helpful. 4 stars overall due to the apartment needing a dehumidifier. The apartment could get very muggy which was sometimes uncomfortable after coming in from a hot day.

Deidre and her family were fantastic guests! I do wish we would have known about the apartment being too humid before they checked out as we would have recommended that they turn on the minisplit AC unit as that would have helped lessen the humidity significantly. This has never been an issue before for anyone renting from us during the peak months of summer when it's the most humid.

Wonderful Stay at Martha’s Vineyard!

The moment we walked into the property we felt as if we were home! This space is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you’ll need as a home base for your stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The communication with owners is easy. They were even kind enough to give us a few suggestions as it was our first time on MV. They do have small children that you might hear in the morning but DO NOT let this deter as it is not a problem. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, one of the owners, as we were leaving. He’s a delightful person! We will definitely make this our “home” again the next time we plan a trip here.
