Beau condo de 2 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain avec AC. Récemment rénové et vierge! Une très grande terrasse pour se détendre, griller, lire un livre et profiter de la brise! L'établissement dispose de courts de tennis, d'un étang d'eau douce et d'un quai d'eau salée sur l'étang Sengekontacket («Sengy»). La natation est autorisée! Environnement privé à proximité du terrain de golf Farm Neck, de la piste cyclable et du centre de trois villes insulaires de Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs et Edgartown.

family vacation

This is my family’s second time staying at this property. It is perfect for needs. We were able to spread out and have our own space. My extended family was a short walk away. The location is perfect to get around the island.

Enjoyable condo

We had a wonderful stay. Location was great, easy to get around the island . Our only two complaints were bedding could have been fresher and the ac unit for the first floor did not cool as well as the upstairs. Still, I would highly recommend this rental.Thank you!

Very special girl’s weekend

This was the perfect place to stay for our special girl’s weekend to celebrate the life of our dear friend. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order.

Perfectly quiet and close to everything by car

We couldn’t have picked a better location for myself and my husband and my in-laws to travel around Martha’s Vineyard. We were close to all the villages by car and also other wonderful locations like the Arboretum and the alpaca farm. The condo was perfectly sized for us, although I wouldn’t want it to be any smaller. It did have a wonderful deck that had delightful sun, a grill, and also an umbrella to protect us from the afternoon sun. There are very small stairs going up to the two bedrooms, so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who has difficulty walking up stairs. There was plenty of kitchen where to cook with a limited amount of spices and salt and pepper, including olive oil oil. We had great communication with the host Greg. We did have to pay a 59 nonrefundable insurance fee, which, had I looked closer, We could have waived if we wanted to put down it deposit. But that wasn’t that clear on VRBO. The tennis courts were in fantastic shape and right across from a beautiful pond. Parking was tight with a large SUV, but doable. I would stay there again.

Excellent location for an island vacation

The place is conveniently located for a short drive to South Beach and all north shore towns. The unit and the surroundings are well kept and equipped, and comfortable enough for 4 adults. Seating on the deck for breakfast or dinner was a real treat!

Nice location

This is a two bedroom townhouse that is conveniently located between Oak Bluffs and edgartown. It is in a quite neighborhood and the place has all the basic necessities.

Great location

This was a great location to be based for the week, convenient to the rest of the island. Condo has all the basics and was spotlessly clean. Communications with owners (if needed) was fast and efficient. Hope to visit again!

Comfortable, Cozy and Peaceful

The location of the property is within a community that has a gorgeous lake and access to a salt water pond. It is peaceful, clean and green. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed for our almost 3-week stay. The best part about our stay? Gregg responded to all of my inquiries within minutes and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We stayed here last year for the MV Marathon and wanted to stay here again since it was such a great place! The townhouse is immaculate, beds comfy, lots of provisions, and it’s in a quiet location. We’ve never had any problems here. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Great Location

Condo was clean and updated. The location was great, halfway between OB and Edgartown. It's a good size for four people. There are stairs to get from your car to the entrance and to the bedrooms. The A/C worked well and the deck was nice. We thought it might be noisy being a condo complex but it was very quite and the deck was private. Overall a very nice place.

Perfect

Residence as advertised, good location just a short ride to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven and just about a mile from Farm Neck if you’re looking to golf. We had one issue with the code operated door one evening and the owner answered my call and corrected the issue within minutes before the call ended, excellent service.
