Condo Waterview spacieux - à quelques pas de la plage, juste en face!

Emplacement de choix à proximité du centre-ville dans le fabuleux immeuble SeaView Condo au cœur d'Oak Bluffs. Propriété hautement souhaitable avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis presque toutes les fenêtres avec cette unité de coin bien aménagée plus grande. Des espaces de vie et de salle à manger ouverts, ainsi qu'une terrasse confortable face à la plage et au parc, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain complète avec douche de luxe et s'ouvre sur le pont avec ses vues grandioses sur l'eau et le lever du soleil. Il y a une deuxième chambre et salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche. L'association de construction de condos possède également une douche extérieure et un espace barbecue. C'est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances d'été, à quelques pas de la plage Inkwell juste en face! Tout à proximité et à distance de marche: parcs, restaurants, magasins, bateaux, piste cyclable et même le ferry d'Oak Bluffs, donc pas besoin de voiture! Golf et tennis également sur la route. Idéal pour les couples et les petites familles. Nous avons eu de nombreux visiteurs satisfaits et récurrents.

Great Location and Views!

Perfect spot for our family to visit for a Wedding on the island. Located across the street from beach, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and ferry. All the necessities were included in the condo and Marisha was very responsive to any questions we had.

This rental could not be more perfect. It’s clean and quiet and super convenient. Walk everywhere or just lay on the beach across the street. I would Stay here every single year!

We spent a week at the condo. It’s so easy to get around. Very near all the restaurants and shopping but also across the street from the beach. The condo is comfortable and quiet. We will be back!

Great Weekend

Our family had a great weekend. The apartment was better than advertised. It was spacious, beautiful and well equipped. (No hairdryer). The location couldn’t have been better.Marisha kept in contact was us to make sure our stay was perfect.

Oak Bluffs Good Location

Home was very comfortable and well stocked. Convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and beach. Even walkable from ferry if you had no vehicle. Right across the street from the beach. The unit was ground floor with small deck on road side. Unfortunately it is a busy street and there is road noise. But walk across the street and sit on the beach in 2 minutes and enjoy the view and breezes. Owner was very helpful with local information.

An absolute gem in Oak Bluffs!!

This is the perfect spot for a Martha’s Vineyard vacation! The location is absolutely amazing - just steps from Inkwell Beach and very short walk to the harbor and all the great shops and restaurants of Oak Bluffs. Towels and beach chairs are provided which makes a trip to the beach even better. The layout is great with plenty of room for our family of four. The main bedroom has an oceanfront view and the second bedroom has a beautiful view of the park and the ocean. We spent mornings and evenings relaxing on the small patio and enjoying the view. Marisha is a fabulous and extremely responsive host - very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great View of Inkwell Beach

We had a great experience from start to finish! Condo was very clean with very comfortable beds, linens and seating. It’s within walking distance of all restaurants, buses to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven and shopping! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Marisha is a dream to work with. Communication was superb!

Wonderful location! Great host!

This is a wonderful place!! The location is perfect for the beach and everything in downtown Oak Bluffs. It is a short walk from the ferry, restaurants, shops, etc., so you don't need a car at all. The host communicates throughout to assure you have everything you need. My sister and I were there with our teenage daughters. We all loved the place so much. There is a balcony that overlooks the water - giving amazing views of sunrise. Thank you so much for making our trip perfect!

Fabulous vacation at “The Vineyard”!

Everything was wonderful. The host was very helpful and shared some great suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and the location had great views of the beach from the terrace. We were able to walk to town and enjoy eating, shopping, and mingling. Really looking forward to my next visit and this place is at the top of my list.

The condo is in a perfect location. It is right across the street from the beach and is a 5 minute walk to Circuit Ave. There is even a parking spot. Keyless entry makes it so easy and stress free.

This property is in a great location, just across from the beach and an easy stroll to Ocean Park, through gingerbread homes or to restaurants, which are busy at dinnertime. A great option is bringing takout back to the condo, where you can't beat the view! (Spectacular sunrises!) There's a parking spot (which aren't easy to come by) so you can bring your car to explore the rest of the island (explore early to beat the crowds.) You can, however, easily walk from the ferry if you don't bring a car. Ground floor is easily accessible, but also puts you at the level of the traffic, which can be loud and consistent, at least during peak season.

Great location, Friendly owner, Rough accommodations

We checked in to this property after spending the day on the beach. We did not receive check-in instructions until after the check In time and they did not include the unit number - I had to reach out to the owner, who was happy to help. Upon check in, there was a stuffy and musty smell- the unit was humid and sticky. Attempted to turn on the AC with the thermostat and couldn’t- reached out again to the owner to learn that the only ac in the unit was a freestanding unit in the living room- not sufficient for the space, but we made it work. Went to sleep to wake up to all of us with severe allergies and asthma (some of us that didn’t even realize we had them). The mold and musty smell much worse to a point of it being intolerable. Sent the kids off to ride bikes for the day while my sisters and I attempted to deep clean the condo and air it out. Went to the beach and returned to the same conditions. After much back and forth and some help from VRBO, the owner relocated us to a motel on the island- however, by this point we had already lost our entire day and evening as by the time we were moved it was almost 9:00pm. Needless to say- this was not how we wanted to spend our much needed and anticipated Vineyard vacation. We rented a condo to have one space to enjoy together, but instead ended up split between two different motel rooms on opposite sides of the building. We essentially lost an entire full day of our trip. I suggest that the owner replace the wall to wall carpet in the condo as I believe this is the issue with moisture and mold retention. Owner is definitely aware of the I ssue as there is a dehumidifier on premise for renters to use (we emptied two full drawers of water in under an hour) as well as air purifiers in every room and absorbent air fresh containers throughout the entire condo. At one point in the conversation she stated that it was due to the heavy rains on there vineyard the week prior, but she did not sound surprised in the least by my concerns. If you want a relaxing vacation that you can breathe at the end of- this isn’t the place for you.

Excellent Condo and Location

This condo is centrally located and easily accessible to the local shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was great to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise with an ocean view right across the street. It was clean and well equipped with all things needed to enjoy the beach. The owner shared places to visit and they happily answered any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to others.

Modern condo with ocean view across from beach

Marisha's condo is literally 40 yards from the ocean beach, which is right across the street and in plain view from the front windows. 10-minute walk to restaurants and retailers in Oak Bluffs, and also easy walking distance to the Oak Bluffs ferry. Very well maintained, clean, well equipped for beach use, with modern baths and kitchen. Parking for one car. Keycode means no keys needed, which is quite convenient when multiple family members come and go. Marisha is prompt and easy to deal with. All in all, my wife and I, and our college daughter, had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Amazing location

The location was perfect for exploring Oak Bluffs and hitting the beach. The unit had several air purifiers and fans which helped us feel safe and cool during our stay. And the included beach towels, chairs and umbrellas meant we didn’t need to bring those items with us on the ferry to enjoy the beach. Additionally, Marisha provided a lot of great recommendations for restaurants and activities and stayed in communication to answer any questions throughout our stay. The only downside of the location was that it was sometimes noisy from street traffic and other beach goers. Our kids can’t wait to come back to the island!

Perfect Family Getaway

From the initial point of contact until we checked out, our host was gracious, professional and accommodating. The condo was just as it is pictured and described on the site. Our stay was perfect as the condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of 5. The beach is directly across the street and a walk to town is just a few minutes away! The sunsets and sunrises were just amazing! If you are looking for the perfect spot to get away and enjoy Oak Bluffs this is the perfect place to rent!
