Magnifique rez-de-chaussée de notre maison de 2 étages, avec terrasse privée, entrée séparée et tout ce dont vous avez besoin!

Idéal pour les couples ou les petites familles. Venez profiter de la beauté du vignoble. Près de West Chop, près de l'arrêt de bus. 1 mile de la plage et de la ville. Récemment rénové avec une immense terrasse et cour. Bel espace extérieur pour manger, se prélasser et bronzer. Le matin, prenez votre café tout en trempant dans le bain à remous. Ensuite, promenez-vous dans le paisible West Chop Woods et admirez l'océan depuis le belvédère. Plus tard, préparez votre déjeuner dans la glacière et dirigez-vous vers la plage. Le soir, vous pouvez faire rôtir des guimauves autour du feu - foyer extérieur sur le patio et barbecue sur le gril à gaz Weber. Le bain à remous est à quelques pas et les étoiles vous attendent. 4 couchages. 1 chambre avec un nouveau matelas queen et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Perfect Martha's Vineyard stay

We had a lovely time staying here. Just the right distance to town for a good walk. comfortable bed and everything we needed. Host was helpful and nice. Only comment is that the sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult. This is a better choice for 2 people.

Ed was great, very personable. The space had all we needed. The deck and hot tub were lovely and private. Location perfect. The only downfall was us being spoiled and used to privacy when you rent a house…lots of local residents lived on street-all friendly but lots of stares when you sit on deck. Having access to Ed’s garden was amazing!

Simply Perfect

Ed and Lea were gracious hosts during our stay. They thought of all the little things that make a place feel like home. We enjoyed having breakfast on their expansive deck every morning next to their lovely garden. They even shared some of their fresh garden picks with us throughout the week! Great island rental for a family of 4!

What a wonderful property! The owners definitely go the extra mile to make this rental homey and inviting. The description and pictures were very accurate and they really provided everything we needed for our stay. When they realized our childrens’ ages, they even pulled out beach toys and a sprinkler in the yard for us to play in. While this is the lower floor unit to their home, we had privacy and were given our space. I can’t say enough about how happy we were staying here!

Cozy apartment with beautiful deck/yard.

This in-law style apartment was great for our week-long stay on MV. We cooked a fair amount while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our bikes over on the ferry and it was great to be able to store them on the deck behind the house. The deck and yard are beautiful and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings relaxing there. The street is quite with not much thru-traffic. We got to chat with Ed for a bit about his life on MV and he gave us recommendations for a few good beaches nearby. We would love to come back someday.

Relaxing Comfortable Vacation

Ed and Lea are excellent hosts and great people! We loved our stay (we are repeat guests). The place is clean and comfortable. Enjoyed badminton and grilling dinner. There are games and DVD's and cable for rainy days. Short walk or bike ride to town.

Excellent Vacation!

This was our 3rd vacation at this property. We love the location, size and all that it has to offer. The owners are super sweet & easy to communicate with. Only suggestion - replace the mattress.

Return stay even better than before!

Return visit with very gracious hosts! Cozy apartment in quiet residential neighborhood 5min from downtown Vineyard Haven. Lots of windows. Easy access to washer/dryer. Plenty of room for the two of us and our stuff. Plan to return.

Cozy VH apartment in quiet, convenient neighborhood

The ground level apartment is cozy and is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, a short drive to downtown Vineyard Haven. Lots of room for parking. It's bright, with lots windows in every direction. It has a wraparound deck, with beautiful pots of flowers at every corner. Comes with a hot-tub, but we did not use it. Interior is very clean and comfortable, with updated appliances. Lots of dishes, pots and pans if you desire to cook. Easy access to the washing machine and dryer was a plus. If you're a musician, there's a piano in the bedroom to play.

Location, charm and easy!

We enjoyed staying in VH at Ed & Lee’s house. They were great host and set up the house to give privacy and access to amenities. Sharing their delicious garden veggies and fruits! We will gladly stay again!

Lovely outdoor property in Vineyard Haven

Communication with Edwin was great. My mother stayed at the property instead of my husband and me, Edwin was completely fine with that change.The outdoor property was great. The property was convenient to Vineyard Haven and I would definitely book it again.

Perfect spot for a small family

This is just a wonderful place. Ed and Lea are fantastic hosts. The property is walking distance from town, and a short drive to wherever you want to be. The apartment is the perfect size for a family like ours, two parents and a baby. And the deck! Just perfect. We spent a day of our vacation visiting with friends on the deck and it didn’t feel like we missed out on anything.

Delightful Getaway

This was a charming apartment that was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The deck and outdoor amenities really made this special though. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and had arranged some treats from their garden for us when we arrived. Would absolutely stay here again.

We purchased our home in 2005 right after we were married. Enjoy hiking the many awesome trails on the island and spending time at the beaches. We have met so many wonderful people being VRBO hosts and enjoy seeing our return friends year after year.
