The Sandy Dog has a large, open floor plan and great views of the ocean and Pt. Reyes. You can watch the sunset over the ocean while sipping a glass of wine, read a book in the window seat listening to the crashing waves, or soak in the hot tub with a view of the beach.
This home is so lovely and comfortable that you will not want to leave.
The main floor includes a large living room, with ample space for a group, a dining room, sunroom, and open kitchen with panoramic views of the ocean. Downstairs are two large bedrooms and a large beautifully updated bath. The owners love dogs and welcome yours to the Sandy Dog.
There is a nice size fenced yard and even a cookie jar with doggie treats.
Kids will enjoy the boogie boards, skim boards, wet suits, sand toys, puzzles and board games.
