Age minimum = 25. Vues fantastiques, plus proche de la plage de toutes les maisons de Dillon Beach, Dog friendly beach. Animaux acceptĂ©s; Les chiens qui tombent gardent les aboiements incontrĂŽlĂ©s et incontrĂŽlĂ©s non autorisĂ©s, ainsi si vous sortez et laissez votre chien seul et s'il vous plaĂźt, ne laissez pas votre chien seul la premiĂšre nuit, et s'il vous plaĂźt, nettoyez la partie arriĂšre sablonneuse de son chien. Dunes de sable, Ă©tangs de marĂ©e, herbe des dunes et magnifique vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sur le coucher de soleil sur l'ocĂ©an Pacifique. Une fantastique plage de surf. Vagues montre pause sur la plage et Ă©couter les vagues alors qu'il Ă©tait assis dans cette maison en bord de mer. Super endroit pour les enfants; faire des chĂąteaux de sable, d'explorer entrĂ©es de rock et de bassins de marĂ©e Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de la plage, chasse pour l'inconnu pendant la basse plage de marĂ©e exposĂ©e, ou de jouer pendant des heures dans les dunes de sable de hauteur. Surfeurs Voir le parachute ascensionnel, les pensionnaires de bodyboard, longboard surfeurs ou font tout pour vous-mĂȘme. La plage parfaite avec aucun rochers sous-marins. Observation des Ă©toiles pouvait pas ĂȘtre mieux. Apportez votre tĂ©lescope! Laissez les vagues vous endormir. Fauteuil roulant ne peut pas rouler Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la principale zone de pont en raison de 3 Ă©tapes. S'il vous plaĂźt apporter votre propre bois de chauffage pour la cheminĂ©e; il y a aussi du chauffage Ă©lectrique. La barre de savon n'est pas fournie, mais du savon liquide est fourni. JACUZZI! SAUNA HOT ROCK! ANIMAUX Okay!

This is a charming home with a location that can't be beat. Communication with the host was great. we are looking forward to our next (3rd stay) at this property.

Overall a great stay, with a great location. The house is an eclectic mix of furniture, decor and arcade games that made our visit comfortable and fun. Being right across from a dog friendly beach was incredible. We found the hot tub to be a little dirty so we didn’t use it but overall the house was sparkling clean.

Great location and comfy house

Location was great within feet of the beach. Views were great and the hot tub was well protected from the wind. King bed was very comfy and got some time in with the massage chair. Will be back.

Wind Surfer paradise

This home is one of the oldest in Dillon. Very close to the beach. The backyard does not look like the pictures. Again the house is for windsirfers. We had a lot of time to sleep and relax

Great Getaway

Had a great view of the ocean in multiple locations of the property. Short walk to the beach which was great. Nice amenities like the hot tub, sauna, and arcade games! Great stay for a small family of 4 or couples getaway.

Relaxing near the beach

Property was as described, which was perfect for us. Super close to the beach - could hear the waves. The property was comfortable with wonderful amenities including the hot tub, sauna, and games, as well as numerous kitchen appliances.

We wanted to have a beach vacation before school started, and this was the perfect home for us. The beds were very comfortable, and our son sleep on the pull out couch in the living, which was very comfortable too. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals at the house. There were so many amazing parts of the house that made it so special. The location, literally a walk across the street to the beach. The back yard, sitting in the hot tub with views of the beach, relaxing in the sun and hopping in and out of the sauna. True vacation for me. But finally, the pinball and arcade games were a super bonus for us as we love playing these games together. Also our dog couldn’t have been more happy with multiple long walks on the beach. We will for sure stay here again. Can’t wait!!

Beautiful views from this cute beach house. Fully stocked. Host was great.

Fabulous location with spectacular views. Enjoyed the hot tub and the beach. Had a little problem with septic but host acted quickly. Hubby and I enjoyed our 30th anniversary getaway. Hope to go back.

Wonderful location. Issue with sauna. With that said the host tried two contractors to resolve issue. All in all great location, enjoyable stay and engaged host.

The house with the million dollar view

You could just spend all your time gazing out the glass doors onto the ocean, or sunset or sunrise. You’re a 3 minute walk from the glorious beach. The house was very comfortable, although it could have used a better supply of paper towels, Kleenex, napkins and placemats, dishwasher detergent and a working blender. But again, the house is mostly dreamy and idyllic, the perfect retreat for a couple looking for peace, quiet and beauty.

Just what we needed

We were looking for a nice place to stay close to the beach that welcomed dogs, and this property truly delivered. Steps from the beach (and easily accessible for my 79 y/o mom), and walking distance to the tiny downtown, the location can't be beat. This is the only vrbo rental I've been to that has a massage chair, and I used it right away. Beds were comfy. The hot tub was nice, though in the very cold weather I would have appreciated it being set a degree or two higher. Our dogs loved the beach, and the fenced in yard was perfect for them. The single bathroom and small kitchen are tiny factors overwhelmed by the location and other amenities of the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view fr the house. I had to go buy heaters though because I couldn't get warm enough from the one small floorboard heater and the one electric heater provided. I run cold however. There was garbage under the sink when we got there and no extra garbage bags ( a first for me) be sure to bring your own Sarah wrap, aluminum foil and ziplocs as none are provided. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Beautiful Birthday weekend!

Loved the house! We had some trouble figuring out the 2 TV's. My only complaint about outside was the deck out front had glass around it, to protect you from the wind, which was great, but it was very dirty from the salty air. I suppose. Wasn't great to look through. Other than that, the hot tub, massage chair and sauna were great! Oh....the light inside the sauna was not working...or we didn't know how to turn it on??? Perfect location! Thanks so much! We will definitely return!

Could be a gem!

Kitchen cabinet doors and the drawer fronts were sticky and greasy! Everytime I had to get a fork or a plate I had to put gloves on to open the cabinet or wash my hands with hot soapy water. Very gross! A fabulous glass enclosed outside deck with a perfect view of the beach, ocean, sunset but unfortunately completely neglected! There was an inch of dirt and spiderwebs on the glass and plants growing up through the floorboards. This place could be so great if it was better maintained!

Great location

Unfortunately this was a 74th birthday weekend. I had a serious case of the flu. Asked owner if I could reschedule but he said no he couldn’t refund. Didn’t ask for refund just reschedule. Had to stay in bed. Internet was being repaired so no tv or phone. Repairman came in afternoon. When he left the internet went out every 3 mins. Frustrated I called the guys multiple times. Finally stayed on in late evening. Cottage is lovely. Needs some repairs. Every sliders locks were broken used sticks in rail. Nail in wall with sofa instructions dangerous for anyone sitting on the couch . Everything was clean and I would come back to this lovely spot again. Could use steak knives as the only sharp knives were huge. Lots of amenities, sauna, hot tub, pin ball, massage chair. Beautiful beach view, very private.

Location, location, location!

Staying directly across from Dillon Beach with our young teen and two dogs was the perfect way to vacay over “ski week” during the pandemic. It was an amazingly dog-friendly and kid-friendly beach in every way. We loved the restaurant for to-go food and the market just up the street from the house. We enjoyed the house for its beach views, massage chair, hot tub, backyard, and bbq (we didn’t use the sauna). However, the house is older and could definitely use more TLC. From the mildew smell to ant invasion to urgent need for a house cleaner, we had our fair share of challenges over the week. The owner was always available, very responsive to our needs, and friendly. He readily shared ideas on things to do and places to go in the area also. My advice
if you’re staying longer than a weekend, request additional bathroom and kitchen towels before you go + bring or buy additional paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper at the market. Take all reviews into consideration, because whether you’re happy with this rental or not depends greatly on your expectations. To the owner: please update all of your photos as a lot of the indoor and outdoor furnishings have changed (some replaced with newer and some with older furnishings) to set proper expectations for renters.

Refresh and Recharge at this Stunning Oasis

Tucked away in the heart of this beautiful beachtown, this property exceeded expectations. We loved the furnishings, access to the beach, and view. After a very hard month, we came here to recharge. I greatly appreciated the massage chair, which I used often during our stay. The pinball machine was a fun addition that occupied my partner while I was focused on my massage! Well organized and laid out, the furniture was great for stretching out for a movie. We appreciated the additional blankets in the bedroom. The inside of the house was very clean. The master bed was so comfortable, with resort-like bedding. Our dog moved about freely and we felt safe allowing her to roam. We brought her crate just in case but realized we had no need for it, as she wasn't able to reach anything or get into trouble. We wished we utilized the sauna, hot tub, and fireplace, but ended up spending time either staying warm indoors, cooking and eating, or enjoying the local general goods store and restaurant. Next time we'll utilize those, as we definitely will return! There was plenty of space for 4 other adults, with a 2nd bedroom and sofa bed. The backyard was nice for a grownup vacation, but we didnt feel comfortable letting our dog freely roam back there. The beach elements had worn away at the wooden decks and rusted the sharp stone holder by the sauna. She's clumsy and gets hurt easily. We also found old poo on the deck. We only wish the doors locked more securely and the bedroom tv had roku.
