Beautiful house that spared no expense with updates. House was immaculate and welcoming with such thoughtful attention to detail. Wine Country to Coast were so kind and lovely to deal with. Had a wonderful stay with our family.

This was a great location to either stay in Bodega Bay or visit San Francisco, Petaluma and other great N. Coast towns. Sleep was quiet and comfortable. We noticed just a few spiderwebs but overall clean home. We had a great time for our 1 week stay!

Beautiful house with an excellent view but cold hot tub

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is really lovely. Tons of light, plenty of room, amazing view from the top deck. Beware that the hot tub is on a 110 outlet so if anything goes wrong with it it will take forever to heat. We had a three day rental and only had use of the hot tub for one day. They came to fix it but it took 24 hours to heat.

Great, Relaxing Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took a girls' trip over a long weekend and stayed here. The property was very well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and everything was in great condition. The hot tub and patios were lovely to have outdoor time while relaxing at home, and we had everything we needed to cook. There is a fog horn you can hear outside, it sounds like a soft beeping sound, so just something to be aware of (I'm sure it's audible throughout the town). For a larger group, there isn't a huge gathering area as the seating is spread out across a few nooks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spends every Labor Day in Bodega Bay, usually at the same accommodations. This year, our regular VRBO rental was already booked—but that led us to this gem, which turned out to be an upgrade in every way.After our stay, we realized my daughter had left her jacket behind. Wine & Country went above and beyond by reaching out and offering to ship it back to us.Thank you, Wine & Country, for the wonderful stay and exceptional service!

Ants

The house is nice - it has a private driveway and yard, the furnishings and design are nice, the kitchen is pretty well stocked. Unfortunately, they have ants. The property management says they’re available 24/7 to assist, but they don’t respond unless it is 9-5. They said they couldn’t do anything about the ants and ended up bringing a can of Raid to the house. I could not find a broom, so they brought one, but no dustpan - there was a dirty, broken one in the garage that I used. The house was fairly clean, but I swept a lot to deal with the ants and the floors weren’t very clean to begin with, though the toilets and showers were clean and the linens were clean. The couch that folds down into a bed didn’t have any instructions on how to do that and it took a little while to figure it out. The location of the house is okay, you can walk to a few shops and restaurants, but no beaches are really in walking distance, I don’t think. We were the second renters, so hopefully this feedback will help.
