Located in the quaint seaside community of Bodega Bay, it seamlessly blends into its coastal setting for the ultimate getaway. Luxurious linens, well-appointed kitchen, laundry, EV charger, heated floors (main bath), gas fireplace, roof deck with hot tub & firepit, garage with ping pong & foosball. Great location near beach, marina, trails, horse stables, shops, and restaurants!

Experience all that Bodega Bay has to offer with this centrally located, modern beach home, walking distance to Terrapin Creek, Roadhouse Coffee, the Marinas, Spud Point, Bodega Head Trail, and a 2-min drive (or 20-min walk) to Salmon Creek Beach. Surfing, hiking, boating, fishing, birding, horseback riding, whale watching enthusiasts along with foodies (freshly caught seafood, organic produce, local wines and cheeses haven!) and remote workers will love the chill and peaceful vibe of this small seaside town.

INTERIOR:
- Enjoy the bright, modern open concept space professionally decorated by highly acclaimed Swedish Property Stylist, Ulrika Edin.
- The spacious, cozy living room is open to the kitchen and features a dining area (round table that sits 6 comfortably also has a hidden leaf for extension), a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a smart TV, and large windows to enjoy the natural sunlight.
- The kitchen is well stocked with Greenpan cookware, William Sonoma dishware and silverware, J.A. Henckels knives, and cooking utensils. It has a Ninja coffee maker, tea kettle, mini-waffle maker, toaster, Ninja blender, electric hand mixer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, quartz counters, maple cabinets and ceramic tile finishes. We also offer salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, flour and sugar.
- Sleeps 6 comfortably (6 ADULTS MAX) between the 3 bedrooms including the primary with a king size bed, one guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and another guest bedroom with two twin size beds that can easily be moved to make one larger bed. May fit up to 7-8 people if some guests are small children, but only the 3 beds will be provided.
- Luxurious bed and bath linens from Brooklinen and blackout curtains for your utmost comfort.
- Primary bedroom features a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet, a dedicated work area and a large slider with access to the patio and backyard.
- Primary bathroom features heated floors, oversized tiled shower, and double vanity.
- Guest bathroom featured a shower over tub, a large single vanity, and a window.
- 1,430 sq ft of livable space + finished garage set up as a game room.
- Game room features ping pong and foosball tables set up in the garage.
- Bluetooth speaker.
- Dedicated workspace area in primary bedroom with adjustable standing desk and ample electrical outlets.
- High speed internet by Comcast.
- Pro thermostat, smoke and carbon dioxide alarm, fire sprinklers.
- Solar panels, tankless water heater, central heat (no AC).

- Bay-view roof deck with gas firepit for stargazing, relaxing or entertaining.
- On a clear day, enjoy views to bay and marinas from your backyard.

- Early check-in and late check-out: available upon request for $50/hour. Please check the calendar prior to making your request. If there is a back-to-back reservation (same day check-in or check-out), we will not be able to accomodate your request.

Home is located off scenic Highway One, across from Second Wind, a toy and candy shop, Terrapin Creek Cafe, highly acclaimed for its cuisine, and Roadhouse Coffee shop. A short drive (or walk) will take you to the marinas with more great restaurants (including Gourmet au Bay, a wine bar, Ginochio’s Kitchen and the famed Spud Point Crab Company). At the very end of the road, you will find Bodega Head with its majestic panoramic views, trails, and beach access.

Less than a minute drive in the other direction on Highway One will take you to the Bodega Bay Community Center, home to the Farmer’s Market on Sundays (from Memorial Day through October), Children’s Bell Tower and the Coastal Prairie Trail head (1.05 mile trail to Salmon Creek beach). If you continue north on Highway One, you will have many beautiful beaches to choose from including North Salmon Creek (1.8 miles), Carmet (3 miles), Schoolhouse (3.3 miles), and Portuguese (3.8 miles) to name a few of our favorites.

- Did we mention brand new construction?
- Dogs are welcome under strict conditions and with an additional pet deposit.
- Absolutely no pets on linen/furniture
- The house is located near Highway One which has a speed limit of 25mph and can get pretty busy on the weekend and holidays (traffic noise is almost indiscernible inside the house and very light in the backyard).
- Children should be supervised at all times while in the front of the property (which is NOT fenced) and not cross the road unaccompanied.
- The nearest beach is South Salmon Creek Beach (1.6 miles) and is accessible from the Coastal Prairie Trail (1.05 mile hike; dog friendly, trail head at the Bodega Bay Community Center, less than 1-min drive) nearby or by car.
- The closest dog friendly beaches are Doran Regional Park (1.7 miles) and Carmet beach (3 miles).
- The Bodega Bay Community Farmers Market is open from Memorial Day until the end of October.
- The House has no AC. And honestly, it is not needed.
- Weather: in Bodega Bay, the summers are long, comfortable, dry, and mostly clear and the winters are short, cold, wet, and partly cloudy. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 40°F to 75°F and is rarely below 32°F or above 84°F.
- On a clear day, you can see water and bay views. Note that we cannot guarantee you will be able to enjoy views of the bay due to the fog and weather conditions.
- Lots of restaurants options around the house, some walking distance and some within a short drive. See our Guidebook for recommendations!
- We are taking part in AirBnb's "Committed To Clean" COVID cleaning protocol
Hot tub minimum age is 16.

Our cleaner takes pictures after every cleaning and texts us that day with a time and date stamp to ensure it is clean for you. It is your responsibility to inspect the hot tub UPON ARRIVAL and notify us (with photos) if there is a problem the SAME day. If there is a complaint the next calendar day, or after, we must assume someone from your party is responsible, and there will be a $250 charge to clean the hot tub after your stay if it needs to be drained. Please note that if the water is not perfectly clear, it is due to freshly added chemicals, but the hot tub and water are clean.
If everyone rinses off before entering to remove makeup, lotions, self-tanner, hair products, and excess soap in your hair or body, etc., we don't expect any issues to arise.

Minimum age on deck is 16 due to fire pit and hot tub.

Trash day is Wednesday. If your stay is over a Tuesday and Wednesday, please take the trash cans to the bottom of the driveway and haul them back to the right side of the house, behind the gate.

NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE on property.

Delicate sewer system: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Laundry: Please do not put sandy clothes in the machines. If necessary, rinse your clothes/towels off with the hose outside prior to washing in the machines.

***We have a very strict limit of one pet.***

Dogs must not be left inside the house unattended unless the dog is crated (no crates provided, must bring your own). Per Sonoma County regulations, dogs may not be left outside unattended (whether crated or not).

Absolutely no dogs on furniture and beds.

Please wipe your dogs’ paws with the towels provided prior to entering the home.

Non-refundable pet deposit: $100/ pet/ stay (1 dog max or more pending owner’s approval). This does not cover damage or stains on the carpet/ floors that require additional cleaning. Additional cleaning costs will be charged and a receipt will be provided to you).

Unfortunately we do not accept cats at this time.

Other Sonoma County regulations:
- Outdoor burning of solid fuels is prohibited.
- No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- Guests MUST leave property when a Voluntary Evacuation Order is issued for the evacuation zone.

My family had a lovely time staying at this beautiful home right in Bodega Bay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the home was very comfortable. The location is perfect as it’s very close to State parks as well as restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed with our teenage kids to have some family time. The location of this house for active families is perfect. Beds were comfortable and house clean. We also loved the opportunity to bring our well behaved pet with us and stay in an a well kept home.

Weekend Reprieve

Beautiful remodeled home in a great location with great amenities! My husband and I, along with our dog enjoyed the beaches, hiking and restaurants of the Bodega Bay coast. We also golfed at the public course, the Links at Bodega Harbour which was quite challenging but fun and beautiful! Rich, the owner was very communicative and accommodating A perfect weekend escape out of the Sacramento area heat!

Spectacular!

Absolutely everything is exquisitely appointed in this beautiful home. (You’ll leave wanting to emulate some of the luxuries in your own house—seriously.) Easy check-in and out, extremely well-stocked kitchen, great deck and patio. Steps from an excellent (recently Michelin starred) restaurant. We liked being between both ends of town. A+ rental experience for us, worth every penny.

Quaint perfectly located retreat

A beautiful property centrally located in Bodega Bay that's close to everything around. We loved our stay and the home is super dog friendly too. They even cater to Comfy dog bed, bowls, and towels. The property is spacious with plenty of parking out front, we'll lit front porch, garage full of games, a Jacuzzi in the upper deck, not to mention all the amenities in the garden for a cozy evening for s'mores. We love the well stocked kitchen, ample towel sets, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. And honestly, you don't need AC. The sea breeze will cool the house down and the front and rear door windows are open. Rich was attentive, responsive, and full of useful information for our stay. This made our trip even more enjoyable and we would highly recommend this beautiful property for your Bodega Bay vacation.

One of the finest vacation homes we’ve stayed

Arguably the newest house in Bodega Bay. The hosts here have it dialed in. They are quick to respond, thorough, and attentive to anything we needed or had in mind for our stay. The house was a special place for 5 nights celebrating an anniversary. We should have booked it for 7. If you are into cooking the kitchen is wonderfully appointed. We baked, roasted, grilled and sautéed delicious foods every day of our journey. Yes, there is some incredible food to be had in the area, but we have them all a run for their money in this kitchen. The roof deck, hot tub and the grounds in general are glorious. If you want a coastal getaway, with incredible access to nature, you should book this wonderful home. We’ll be back!

Beautiful home in downtown Bodega Bay

The house was immaculate and with the exception of the sofa, very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the games in the garage. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. It was lovely having outdoor space, but it’s not great for dogs as it is covered in burrs. The rooftop terrace is delightful. The driveway is very steep and leads onto a busy road. Take your time and be careful. If you are staying in Bodega Bay, be aware that the most of the few restaurants close Monday to Wednesday. Make reservations in advance. Overall a lovely place for couples and older kids.
