Peek a Bay View Cottage l Pet-Friendly

This charming cottage in the heart of Old Town Bodega Bay offers peek a views of Bodega Bay Harbor from the kitchen, hot tub and front porch.

The home has been updated to a cozy, modern feel with amenities to help my guests unwind after a day out exploring all Sonoma Coast has to offer.

Enjoy sitting out on the front porch, or the private deck off the master bedroom, looking at the still bay, enjoying the quaint bay side neighborhood, while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

THE SPACE
Peek a Bay View Cottage is a comfortable, cozy home consisting of the “Peek a boo Cottage” with one with a king-size bed, a den with a twin bed, and a full bathroom with a deep soak tub.

The property also includes a detached art studio space that will be included for groups greater than three (Please note there is an additional per night fee for groups greater than three. Groups with more than three will have access to the Studio includes a living space (with large smart tv), 3/4 bath with shower, wet bar, queen size bed and electric fire place. If groups with less than 4 but would still like access to the Studio are welcome to book it for an additional nightly fee (I only book one group at a time. No other groups will be at the property during your stay)

The well-appointed yard includes a propane fire pit, and hot tub, positioned to enjoy views of the bay just a short walk down the street.

A propane BBQ and patio area with a seating area perfect for enjoying the sounds of the nearby harbor. You will forget all your day-to-day worries as you become part of the charming community during your stay.

It is the perfect spot to share a romantic getaway, small family vacation, or to treat yourself to an escape from the congested city, make it your home base to explore all to do in one of the most gorgeous areas in the world.

The wild Sonoma coastline has so many beautiful spots to visit and explore including the charming towns of Freestone and Sebastopol just a short drive away. The home is close enough to walk to some wonderful restaurants, including Hog Island Oyster, Ginochio's Kitchen, Gourmet Au Bay, and The Tides Wharf and Restaurant.

GUEST ACCESS
While my guests are enjoying Peek a Bay View Cottage they will be the only group at the property. Guests have access to the cottage and yard.

A MAX of 4 guests are permitted at the property at all times (excluding children under 3 years of age)

PARKING
MAX of 2 vehicles (Parking is ONLY allowed in our driveway). No electric vehicle charging allowed on premises

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The cottage is in the Old Town Bodega Bay neighborhood and within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants. Hear sounds of the Bay just steps away.

Enjoy the cozy cottage and our front deck. Sit in the hot tub and look out at the bay.

- Please note this is NOT a party house.

The county of Sonoma enforces daily quiet hours of 9 pm-8 am for all vacation rentals. We ask our guests to abide by these hours and respect our neighbors and home. We welcome guests and hope they enjoy all our beautiful home has to offer.

Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available upon request.

- There are standard Ring cameras positioned only at the driveway, front door, and backyard for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.

- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate cats due to a severe allergy of immediate family members.

We do our very best to keep the home, amenities, and property in great shape so you can enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay. That said, please understand that:
Occasional issues can arise with things like Wi-Fi, spa, appliances, or other amenities — especially due to weather, utility outages, or mechanical failure.
Acts of nature (like storms, power outages, or earthquakes) are outside of our control.
While we strive to communicate and respond quickly, some interruptions can’t be predicted or immediately resolved.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions not directly caused by the host.

- Acknowledgement & Liability. By booking the use of the home and property guests use at their own risk and agree to comply with all posted rules and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, lost items, or interruptions to amenities or services during their stay.
Failure to follow the rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or additional cleaning or repair charges.

✔ No commercial photography, videography, or illegal business conducted allowed on or around the premise

✔ No candles or open flame is allowed inside the home of the detached artist studio

✔ NO smoking of any kind allowed on the premises or in the house or artist studio

✔ Guests MUST clean up after their pets
