This delightful beach home is reminiscent of coastal classic cottages where groups vacation year after year. The charming and sunny exterior features a professionally landscaped and enclosed yard lends for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Enjoy endless hours in the pool and sunning in comfortable chairs and chaises. The upper-level sun deck is a great spot for catching the gorgeous evening sunsets over the canal! The breezy screened porch is comfortably furnished and makes a great location for a relaxing morning coffee, enjoying the sights and sounds of summer.

The interior is painted with warm beach colors and filled with beach and nautical art. A spacious family room awaits your guests, offering a large TV, and five bedrooms that include a large king suite and private bath, with a separate door leading to the pool. All bedrooms offer TVs, and the two additional large bathrooms are located next to the other bedrooms. The layout makes this a great choice for a family to share with friends or relatives. The kitchen is open and well-equipped with cabinets and gadgets to help you prepare sumptuous summer meals. Access to the beach path is right across from the home. The owners offer you WiFi, a gas grill, and outdoor speakers.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
The fireplace is not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
