PROFITEZ DE L'EMPLACEMENT PARFAIT
 - À une centaine de mètres de la magnifique plage avec sable fin, baignade, surf et observation des dauphins!
- À moins d’un kilomètre au nord de la célèbre FAMILUS VIRGINIA BEACH BOARDWALK. Il est juste assez loin pour éviter la foule, mais à quelques pas de là pour profiter des divertissements!
- PREMIER PARC D'ATTERRISSAGE TRÈS COTÉ avec de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et pistes cyclables à trois rues de notre maison!
- Emplacement le plus sûr à Virginia Beach. Nous sommes dans le quartier chic de North End, à Virginia Beach.

Notre maison spacieuse et lumineuse à Virginia Beach North End est très bien située à quelques pas de la plage. Avec une promenade isolée directement depuis la cour, la plage est à seulement une minute.

Notre maison est idéale pour les familles avec enfants et / ou couples. Wi-Fi gratuit, 3 places de stationnement à côté de la maison.

J'inspecte personnellement la maison avant que chaque client arrive pour s'assurer que tout est en parfait état et je suis facilement disponible toute la semaine si vous avez besoin d'aide.

Faisons le tour de notre maison de trois étages…
Au premier étage, vous trouverez une chambre queen magnifiquement meublée avec une salle de bain privée complète.
Le deuxième étage extraordinairement lumineux comprend un salon spacieux et une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un bar, une salle de bain et une chambre familiale avec un canapé-lit queen-size et une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et lecteur DVD Blu Ray.
Enfin, le troisième étage abrite la chambre principale king-size avec un canapé-lit supplémentaire, une télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces et un lecteur DVD.
Une autre chambre comprend un lit superposé pyramidal (complet en bas et jumeau en haut). Les deux chambres ont des portes coulissantes sur le pont. La salle de bain spacieuse dispose d'une douche et d'une baignoire séparées.

La maison dispose de deux belles terrasses, où vous pourrez déguster une brise agréable ou préparer un repas gastronomique sur le gril à gaz. Laveuse et sécheuse sont disponibles au premier étage. La douche extérieure est à l'arrière de la maison. Nous avons trois places de stationnement à côté de la maison. Un garage spacieux adjacent est un endroit idéal pour ranger vos vélos ou vos planches de surf. Nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des chaises longues, des glacières et des parasols.

Shopping, divertissements, sports nautiques, mini golf et restaurants sont à proximité.

Spring Break Getaway!

This was a great stay! The house was clean and avalible with no trouble. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. We actually caught the Shamrock Parade and Run on our visit which was icing on the cake before ourr flight. Our hostes was only a text away for any questions or concerns our stay. Highly recommend Sea La Vie!!

North End Getaway

Great location on North End!! Short stroll to beach without crossing any streets. Beautiful sunrises, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, and just chillin' in quiet neighborhood setting. 3-story house layout really worked well for us. Separate downstairs larger bedroom, bath, and laundry area with outside patio/backyard area that was very inviting. Loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. Both middle and top level had outdoor patios to catch some rays! Enjoyed garage full of treasures, like cooler, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more--that was a bonus! No issues, hosts very available, informative, and welcoming. Enjoy!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location to beach was great, because we did not have to get onto a busy road to get there. With toddlers, this is key. The main upstairs bedroom also had a large closet that could accommodate a pack n’ play. Small notation: although a bullet on the listing, I did not catch the additional fee for sheets and linens. This seems to be normal for Virginia Beach, but I had never heard of it in other travels (this was our first time renting a house at VA beach). It makes sense with the sand but was a surprise addition. Also, we forgot toiletries, and only hand washing soap is included (another VA beach norm). All in all, Elena was very kind and wonderful to work with. This was perfect for our family! Thank you!

Wonderful place

The place was one of the cleanest rental properties we've every stayed in, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lots of space. The garage with lots of umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and beach wagon was great! The owners were so kind and even accommodated a request for an early check-in. The location is wonderful - a very short walk to the beach and each day we saw lots of dolphins and pelicans. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful getaway

This house was so beautiful with newly remodeled kitchen and baths. The beach was just a short walk. It was very quiet and never crowded. Our host thought of everything we might need and it was a very comfortable house. Definitely recommend!!

Very clean. Close to the beach. Beautiful beach with very few people, which was lovely. Saw dolphins jumping the waves from the shore! Kitchen amenities maybe a little sparse if you're planning to cook at the house but otherwise great! New looking very clean bathrooms! A small lack of hot water for showers but it wasn't cold.

Super clean, and close to the beach!

Sea la Vie is a lovely place! It is super clean and comfortable. Yes, it might look a little dated, but everything works! The house is tastefully decorated and everything you need is there! We didn’t do any cooking while there, so I can’t speak to specifics about that, but it seemed like the basic cookware was available. It can be a little tricky pulling out of the driveway, but that’s really the only negative. The house is well-stocked, especially the garage full of various style beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and three bikes…again, everything is very clean. There is a special access to the side street from the garage/back yard, so no need to walk on the busy street — we loved that feature! There are two decks and plenty of deck furniture. Great location close to the beach…maybe a two minute walk! Another bonus, there is a carport for two cars! We will definitely stay here again!

A Second Home ♥

Such a lovely Sea La Vie house owned by beautiful and nice people. We fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. It was remarkably clean. I love the interior lighting and design. Elena made sure the place is equipped with necessities, you do not even have to bring more except for your change of clothes! I so love her! Even before our stay, Elena was on top of reminding me and providing us with essential information during our stay. The rooms are gorgeous especially the master's bedroom with the elegant ceiling fan, a full pull-out couch, a walk-in closet, and a hidden dresser! There is a cute room with a bunk bed too. My parents loved the room on the ground floor. It has its own bath and toilet. The kids were excited and rushed to the entertainment room to play board games. They were awake until wee hours in the morning to enjoy the entertainment room while the adults enjoyed the 2 decks gazing up the lovely moon at night. The Wheeleez beach cart was the best for the beach umbrella and chairs. The kids did not mind going back to the beach a couple of times as it was just a minute or two from the beach! My husband and a friend enjoyed the bikes which were readily available, and they went bike riding to the boardwalk. This summer vacation at Virginia Beach turned out to be the best experience of this year. It was amazing how everything turned out perfect for our summer vacation. Thank you so much, Elena and Roman! We will surely come back ♥

We enjoyed staying at this property. The description is spot on. I was amazed by the amount of beach gear - chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys and even a SUPER helpful beach cart since there is a VERY short walk and we had 4 kids with us!!! While this isn’t a newly renovated and fancily decorated and furnished rental, it has everything you need and is SPOTLESS. I even moved the bunk bead upstairs to put the top bunk sheet on - not one piece of trash, dirt or dust behind that bed! I highly recommend you stay!!!

North end is the best

We loved our week at SeaLaVie. Comfortable beds, easy walk to beach, all the comforts of home. The place could use an update but everything is spotless and comfortable. Be careful pulling out of the drive though, trees and bushes need a major trim.

This was such a lovely home, so near the beach. Although we had a few days of inclement weather, the house had so many windows and sky lights that it was enjoyable just sitting and reading and looking outside. Host was very communicative and the home descriptions were spot on.

Lovely large beach house so close to the beach!

We had a wonderful time at Sea La Vie! It is a large beach house with plenty of amenities and a very short walk to the beach. In particular, we loved the private green backyard, the multiple decks and patios, and watching the sunrise each morning from the master suite. In addition to walking to the beach, you can also easily walk to the boardwalk or the beautiful First Landing State Park. The beach is expansive - there is plenty of room to spread out without bumping into anyone else. We really had a great time and will definitely be back!

Perfect location to enjoy all of VA beach

Elena's house was absolutely perfect for our annual friends beach trip. The house is extremely clean, well appointed, and a great layout for larger groups. The house location is central to it all - the non crowded beach is less than a block, state park 3 blocks (hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, biking), and boardwalk a 10 min ride. We made use of the 3 bikes, ample chairs, enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, and appreciated the garage space to store our extra bikes and gear. We'll definitely be back.

If you ask locals what the best place to live in Virginia Beach is, they will tell you that it is the North End.
We love the house, the area, our great green backyard, such close proximity to the beach, spaciousness and brightness of the house. Fortunately, we have many guests who share this feeling with us. That's why we have many guests visiting us for many years. Our best reward is to have very satisfied guests, and we try our best to achieve it!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This house is ideally located at the best area of Virginia Beach. It has a direct path from the backyard to the beautiful beach, which is much less crowded than at the Boardwalk area. At the same time, Boardwalk with all the attractions, shops, and restaurants is just one mile away -- it is a 20 min relaxing walk on the beach or a few minutes drive. There is also a biking trail right from the house all the way to the Boardwalk and along the Boardwalk.
The most visited Virginia's First Landing State park is just three blocks away. It is great for biking, hiking, and relaxing.
