A large sectional and comfy rocking chair in the living room offer seating for eight, providing the perfect place to unwind by the gas fireplace. Swap stories from your dayâs adventures, or watch a movie on the Samsung 50â TV with a surround sound system, DVD player, and cable TV. Large windows overlook the surrounding pines, while a glass door leads to a private patio with mountain views.
After a day of skiing, whip up a hearty dinner in the sleek kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the ample cookware, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, and eye-catching black granite countertops. Gather for meals at the dining table set for eight or the kitchen bar that seats three. The primary suite is on the third floor and features a gas fireplace. A mere 2-minute drive will have you at the Cabriolet ski lift, which will whisk you to the slopes and the Canyons Village. Once at Canyons Village, check out One Sweet Ride and Canyons Mountain Sports for any added gear you might need. For an evening out, drive 4.5 miles to Park Cityâs historic Main Street for a plethora of shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Clubhouse, pool and hot tub are closed mid-April until Memorial Day weekend, and the Tuesday after Labor Day through the Friday after Thanksgiving.
The Canyons Connect Shuttle can take guests door to door.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
