The ultimate home base for cutting fresh powder at Deer Valley and Park City Mountain, and for tackling picturesque trails at Lake Blanche and Dog Lake. Decide between countless classy eateries for dinner or a hearty homemade meal and movies by firelight.

ABOUT THE CONDO

The main living space has an attractive open-concept layout on the second floor with large sliding glass doors and ample natural light. Handsome love seats and a set of chairs offer comfy seating for a movie night flat-screen TV with cable while the gas fireplace warms the space.

The kitchen is outfitted with luxury appliances including a Thermador refrigerator and gas range. Eight can sit for an elegant meal at the formal dining table, and a roomy breakfast bar seats four. The condo's smart and modern aesthetic continues in the half bath on this floor.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Take-in mountain views via glass doors leading to the main-floor deck. The en-suite bath features a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both have bright en-suite baths with marble floors.

Prime for sunrise, sunset, and evening grilling sessions, a large deck off the living room offers a gas grill, outdoor dining set, and stunning mountain views. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the second deck, where guests can soak in the hot tub or enjoy good conversation from a set of unique chairs crafted from skis. Juniper Landing also has a fire pit, heated pool, and hot tub -- in addition to your private hot tub. Guests also have access to the fitness center which includes a sauna.

Private covered parking is provided for one car; additional unreserved outdoor parking is available. The home also features a humidifier.

LOCATION

Winter sports lovers have much to explore in Park City. Park City Mountain is a half-mile from home, and both Deer Valley and Solitude Mountain are just over 5 miles away. The area's best trails are also easily accessible. Armstrong Trail is suitable for hikers and bikers alike, and Lake Blanche Trail traverses beautiful Wasatch National Forest -- a 12-minute drive from your door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was perfect size for four adults and two teenagers. Convenient location to gondola (right next to Waldorf Astoria). Hot tub was very enjoyable! Only complaint is against management company - they supplied the cheapest paper goods possible.

Great Cozy Getaway

The property was very nice and big. We spent Thanksgiving there with our family and had a great time. We loved the personal hot tub as well as the heated pool. Our one complaint would be parking. The property has garage space for two cars, but one is occupied for owner storage. There are two additional shared spots but if they're both occupied you are out of luck as there is no overnight parking anywhere nearby.

One week ski vacation at Park City Canyons village

Condo is nice and hot tub a good bonus. Juniper community center has a very nice heated pool, hot tub, steam sauna, dry sauna and fitness room. Condo has very nice appliances and comfortable Beds Ski lifts a five minute walk Downside - condo hot tub was not chlorinated properly, condo pans non stick had to be replaced by Vacasa, community hot tub area FaoB was misding

Our vehicle didn’t fit in the single car garage and all the close spots were taken so we had to park around the block and walk. But really it was overshadowed by all the other things. Would stay here again, no doubt.

Beautiful Home but Maintenance Issues

We stayed in this home in July, it’s a gorgeous home that is well stocked! The location is great, making it walking distance to so many things. We had a negative experience due to maintenance. The upstairs AC unit was not working and it took almost 2 days and 3 tech visits to get it fixed. This rendered the upstairs 2 bedrooms unusable due to the heat and forced a 3 bedroom home into a single bedroom. Vacasa dropped the ball with communication, we had to follow up multiple times about techs, fill in the AC company what was going on and basically project manage the issue to get it resolved and be able to stay. Vacasa refused to move us to another location when it was apparent that the unit would be needing maintenance. Vacasa did offer financial compensation, which was less than our single night rental fee, but 5 days later and we haven’t seen it completed. In general, the property is beautiful but I would want to be sure the maintenance issues are fixed before a stay.

Great location and ski lift in walking distance. Our only complaint was the heating system. The Nest thermostat would not allow us to control the temperature. It would drop down to 61 degrees overnight and be very cold upstairs. We spoke to management on the phone and thought the problem was resolved but it wasn't. The following day someone did come out and troubleshoot it. We did have heat finally on our last night there.

Kitchen was well equipped, all furnishings nice and tasteful! We enjoyed the hot tub. We had major problem with the parking situation. We had two cars, and there is only room for one in the garage. Beware, there is NO extra parking anywhere in the complex!! Our extra car had to be parked over a mile away! One shower was also unusable as the shower head was broken off. The view is also lacking...mostly looking at other condos.

The beds and bedding were not good. It was only a full size in master and was not comfortable. The bunk beds were broken and unable to be used. Boards underneath top bunk were busted. Screws protruding where they could have really injured someone. Strap was busted as well. Maintenance came the day following arrival and did a partial fix - leaving shavings and debris in lower bunk. Bed was not stable enough nor clean enough to use the entire week! That forced us to use the trundle and pullout sofa which is broken and lopsided. The master bed should at least be a queen size which is what was advertised. Some of the bedding and blankets were dirty and stained. Additionally, some of the dishes and cutlery were not clean.

Great location of house but many problems

This house is in a great location for local skiing. You can walk to the gondola in your boots and be skiing in no time. The house is a great size and looked just like the pictures online. We did run into a few problems. In terms of cleanliness we had many pots and dishes that were dirty in the cabinets. We also had a bed with dirty sheets that needed to be washed. In terms of the management company, everyone was very nice, but we had a power outage for four hours and were locked outside of the house because the only way to get in was through and garage code system (which didn’t work because there was no power). We had 4 small children with us who were exhausted after a day of skiing and we couldn’t get inside. It was difficult to communicate with the management company because every time I had to speak with someone it was a new person and I had to retell the situation over and over again. Luckily our upstairs porch was unlocked and our neighbors were on their porch so they let my husband hop over to our porch to open the door. If it weren’t unlocked i don’t know how long we would have been stuck outside because the management company never sent anyone over after calling numerous times. We tried calling to see if they would bring us flashlights and someone said they would, but once again no one ever showed up. We sat in the dark, ordered pizza and then went to bed. We couldn’t cook any of the food we had bought because we couldn’t use any appliances. I understand that the homeowner cannot help a power outage, but the lack of help from the management company made the whole situation extra frustrating.

Property Management Terrible

My family and I did a lot of searching to find a great property and we thought we found it...until we ran into an issue. The AC did not work!!! We saw the review from a previous tenant but figured since it was 2 weeks prior to our stay so we didn’t worry so much, assuming it would been fixed but we were wrong!! You have zero control of the thermostat which was annoying but wouldn’t be too bad if it was at a normal temperature. Upstairs was 80 degrees the whole trip. We texted the management company Sunday and Monday and we would get a standard response back. They did send someone to look at the AC Monday but then did not communicate at all!! We reached out again...several times... and got the same canned responses with ZERO answers!! Eventually we gave up because we didn’t want to ruin our vacation but the inside temp was terrible and hot!! We had to open the doors and night to cool down but had no fans to help bring in the cool air. The AC units ran nonstop so we knew something wasn’t right. As we were getting ready to leave on Friday we see a AC repair man and asked him what unit was he planning to fix and he mentioned it was the one we were staying. Our mind was blown!! We arrived on Sunday and complained immediately and they intentionally brought someone in but didn’t fix it u til the end of our stay even though we asked for it to be fixed while we were staying there. Needless to say we were infuriated by this. The property management only cares about collecting money doesn’t care about the people staying inside and making sure their stay is pleasant. The unit itself is beautiful and is comfortable and well maintained. I would HIGHLY recommend the owners find new property management company. I wouldnt stay here again because of the issues with them which is very unfortunate. And they do need new bath towels...they are the cheap hotel kind very rough but that wasn’t a huge deal.

Plenty of room for 4 singles. Two private rooms and one shared room with full size bunk beds. Could accommodate 2 families. Kitchen well equipped if you want to cook.

The condo is spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. The hot tub on the deck is so nice to have after a day of skiing. Great location and is walking distance to Frostwood Gondola.

Horrible management company

Vacasa is horrible management company. I emailed twice and also texted to two different numbers that texted me when I finally got a response, it just said someone will contact you and that never happened. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the check in process. The check in instructions provided gave a door code. We arrived a few minutes early and upon walking up to the property, noticed there was no combo or keypad on the front door. We proceeded to call vacasa and ask how we would gain access since there was no lock on door. We were told the 10 digit code is for the garage entrance (not mentioned in the instructions) and at 4pm, the same code would allow access through the garage. We knew this was not correct because the garage keypad is not wifi enabled but they ensured us it would work. At 4pm, we went to the garage entrance and attempted to use the 10 digit code. It did not work. After several minutes, someone walked up and said the keypad has not been working for a week and he would let us in the main garage. Once In the main garage, we again tried to use the 10 digit code and it didn’t work either. After spending the first hour trying to gain access different ways, we called vacasa and they had completely different codes for the inside garage but those were not working either. We had to wait over an hour for someone to come out. They said the codes we were given for check in were not correct and gave us different 4 digit codes. They said since the garage door wasnt opening, there was another garage entrance we could use. We are premier hosts on VRBO and book trips for personal use a lot and have NEVER had issues like this trying to check in. We had plans for dinner that night but by the time we were able to gain access to the unit, our groceries were hot from sitting in the car for two hours, our kids were hungry and it was too late to start dinner so we had to make other plans. While I understand vacasa did not have control over the broken garage door (although they should have known about it), the instructions and codes we were provided were Incorrect adding to the problem. When traveling all day with small children, the last thing you want to happen is to have to sit in the car for two hours when they just want to eat and go to bed.

Bday getaway

This house was perfect for celebrating my bday with friends and skiing/snowboarding! The house was amazing and the handmade items gave it an extra special touch!
