Location, location, location, this home is located just 4.6 miles from State Farm Stadium, 5.6 miles from Peoria Sports Complex and 28 miles from downtown Scottsdale as well as too many great restaurants, golf courses and shopping areas to list.

Kick back and relax in this spacious, centrally located, 2 bed/2 bath home that sleeps up to 6 adults. The 1650 sq ft home features a primary bedroom (queen) with en suite, a second bedroom (queen) with next door full size bathroom and a third option for an additional couple of a Sealy queen size blow up bed. New smart Tv’s with cable, DVD players in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen has been updated and is fully outfitted with modern appliances, quartz countertops, spacious cabinets and well stocked with plenty of kitchen gadgets for your in-house meals. Coffee bar with accessories, a great dining area adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 8 and a work station with printer and Wi-Fi. The home also features a utility room with new full size washer and dryer.

Guests will be pleased to find a spacious private backyard with covered patio, outdoor tv, heated pool (pool heating is an additional charge - See below) and gas barbecue. A perfect space for morning coffee, unwind in the evening or spend some time in the pool catching some Arizona sun. Propane heaters available for those chilly nights!

Optional Pool Heating: Please let us know at booking if you would like the pool heated. Guests requesting this option will be charged $50/night plus taxes and fees.

Please note, Sun City is a 55+ residential, community (at least one guest needs to be 55+) Renters are obligated to abide by the community's CC&Rs, a copy of which will be available on property

Spring Training 2025

The location of the property was fantastic for our needs. We attended MLB spring training at multiple fields and they were all within 30 minutes from our home. In addition the pool was warm and the yard was amazing.The owner was easily reached with any questions or concerns and I would recommend this opportunity for anyone who is looking for a good resource.

Sunshine and Mariner's fun.

We enjoyed our stay very much. After a small glitch with the door code, everything was great! The pool was fabulous and, though our trip was short, it was very relaxing. Loved the small details of lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathrooms and kitchen, and loved the idea of the coffee bar (even though we didn't use it) Thanks for making your home available to us.

Excellent rental!

Would rent this home again next time we come. Owners were great and very responsive. This house has everything you need. It is so worth paying for the pool heater depending on time of year. It is one not one of those solar heaters but an actually gas heater. For our group, spring training games were our goal. We went to Peoria stadium, American Family and Surprise stadium. All not far of a drive! While we did not take advantage of the two big outdoor heaters or big scene TV, these are available, if needed.

Great House Close To Everything!

Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay at this beautifully updated older home in Sun City. We were greeted with a bottle of wine that was screaming to be opened immediately! The kitchen was beautifully decorated with new appliances and countertops. The home has nice, clean tile throughout the entire home with stylish area rugs that fit the décor of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the high quality bedding also made for a good night's sleep . Also thick, luxurious towels in the bathrooms were another bonus! The only problem we had was that we didn't have more days to enjoy the pool and the golf course which was a hop and a skip away! We would definitely stay here again.
