Location location location in this beautiful just completed fully rehabbed house. Professionally decorated with nice furnishings throughout to make
You feel comfortable on your stay. Each bedroom has very comfortable bedding and and Sheets ceiling fans and A TV. There is also a sitting chair in each room full size mirrors and beautiful art work
The bathroom provides a walk in Shower plush towels and a special toilet with a ….BIDET. You will want to take it home with you.
A well stocked kitchen with with a Huge island that’s wide open to the living room. The living room is filled with the comforts of home a large tv ceiling fans comfortable seating and for ambiance and warmth a beautiful electric fireplace. You will fall in love with this house. Please note this is a 55 and older community.

House was clean and cozy. Only stayed 3 nights for celebration of life for family member. Location was within minutes of where we needed to be. Only issue was no extra toilet paper but easily remedied. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The little home worked perfect for us. We had planned 3 adults and the puppy, our adult daughter and the dog stayed with the grandkids therefore it was just the two of us. We were able to come and go without bother to anyone.I would have given a 5 star rating except for the king bed was extremely high however very comfortable and no towel rack in the bathroom.Thank you for a very pleasant trip.

Great place to stay

This property was a perfect place for my mom and I to stay for a family wedding. The size and location was perfect. The host was welcoming and helpful with any questions and the property was great.

Kitchen was fully equipped and had a spacious fridge. Laundry facilities were excellent. Plenty of towels. Couldn't find how to turn on fireplace, but it was no problem, climate was fine. AC was great. Nice carport, TV & wifi both good, comfy couch.

Amazing, excellent property! The best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Wonderful remodel, excellent kitchen everything stocked- like being at home. Owners very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Beds are incredibly comfortable, wonderful bathroom. Perfect house to stay in!

This property was just lovely. It was very welcoming and cozy. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and bake for a company Christmas party. We would definitely stay here again.

Guests love this Spacious but yet Cozy house that’s well equipped with fine furnishings. The Electric fireplace is one of the special touches that make this so warm and cozy on the cold AZ nights. The large Island in the kitchen makes for great entertaining while you share some of your favorite CHEER. We would love to have you So plan early. Happy Holidays 🌲🍷
