Adjacent to 2 Mountain Vista public golf courses. Lighted regulation tennis court and 2 regulation pickleball courts. Will accommodate 30 people. Parking for 15 cars outdoors and 5 car garage.

Welcome to our Eight Bunch Grand Estate retreat where all of your vacation wants and needs are met. You’ll feel warm light pour through the open layout as you make your way through this expansive, nearly 10000 SF property.

KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, oversized sub zero fridge, granite countertops, fully equipped with various gadgets such as food processor, blenders etc and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen. There is 2 island seating areas and breakfast nook seating for 6 overlooking the deck and beautiful landscaping.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to one of the 4 outdoor patios for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. There is plenty of patio furniture, from 12 chaises to 2 cabanas, to multiple conversation sets and a 3 sets of firepit seating at different parts of property. There is a BBQ by the pool located by the house and a full outdoor kitchen with a second BBQ, bar seating in the pool around another fire pit . Both spas is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring. As everyone migrates to the yard, you’ll have the grill fired up should you decide to BBQ. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set in the pavilion with views over the pond.

Property watering from 8 AM – 10 AM every day.

GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also features billiards, plenty of board games, tennis court that can be used a multiple pickle ball courts. Please note: Tennis lights currently shut down due to city regulations of bright lights on surrounding homes.

POOL/SPA:
There are 2 pools and spas on the property. The gigantic (20x90 ft) pool with the 7 ft spa charge to heat up daily is $225 (84 degrees) and large pool (15x30 ft) is $150/day. Spa On Demand only option is available $45/daily per spa. (Spa is on demand only and must be shut off after use). If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know 24 hours in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival.

SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight and please NO glass at any time by the pool.

PLEASE READ:
No bands/speakers are allowed on the property. Landscapers are scheduled each Tuesday from 8am-3pm.

Child Travel Items:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

**If you are traveling without a vehicle or need transportation, please let us know. This home is remote, but we are connected with local transportation companies and are happy to share the information. Uber, Lyft, and taxis do service the areas, but if not available, we have further local businesses**

BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 9 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 3 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and in each bedroom and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable and Netflix is included. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Main house:
Master Bedroom downstairs:1 King (bathroom)

Casita 3:

No bathroom, no kitchen/microwave only.

MAIN HOUSE:
Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.

PARKING:
15 cars outdoor and 5 car garage.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $100, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $100 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount. All festival bookings are non-refundable.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

Your stay is completed with 24 hour concierge and a very responsive owner who does not hesitate to ensure your stay is at most comfort and pleasure.
