This 5* Villa is the excellent escape for every boater. It offers an excellent starting point: You are on the open water in a few seconds. Endless journeys through the canal system; speed limits are therefore not necessary.

For boat lovers, this home is the perfect choice. It is a 10min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Even completely inexperienced boaters will get their money's worth. The proximity to the open water makes boating very easy.

The villa itself is located at the end of a road with no noticeable traffic. There is no more peaceful way to spend your holiday. The Rosegarden area is characterized by the most expensive and most beautiful homes of the city. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance.
