Cette villa très spacieuse de 4 chambres est située dans l'un des endroits les plus prestigieux du sud-ouest de Cape Coral. Le lot est situé juste sur le canal Merrick, qui est l'un des canaux les plus larges du Cap. Vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique sur la piscine à débordement, le spa et le magnifique canal. Vous n'êtes qu'à 5 minutes de profiter de la marina de Cape Harbor, avec tous les restaurants, bars, boutiques et les magnifiques bateaux de luxe de la marina.

Nous avons mis à jour les meubles de véranda! Veuillez voir les photos.

La villa offre quatre chambres, trois salles de bains et demie, un grand salon et salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une petite tanière.

La villa dispose de deux chambres principales en suite.
La chambre principale en bas a un lit king-size et TV / DVD. La porte française s'ouvre directement sur la terrasse de la piscine. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche romaine à double tête «walk around», d'une baignoire centrale, de toilettes séparées, de deux lavabos et de son dressing.

La deuxième chambre principale est tout le deuxième étage. Il a un lit king-size, une télévision et une vue absolument imprenable sur l'eau. La deuxième salle de bain principale a une douche / baignoire et une seule vanité et toilettes.

Les chambres trois et quatre ont deux lits jumeaux et des placards simples

La troisième salle de bain a une douche / baignoire, des toilettes et un meuble-lavabo simple. 

L'espace de vie combine un spacieux coin télévision, une cuisine et un coin repas, parfait pour des vacances en famille.

Il y a une tanière au premier étage avec un espace de bureau intelligent. La villa propose également une connexion Wi-Fi si vous souhaitez utiliser votre propre ordinateur, tablette ou smartphone. 

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à glaçons, friteuse et machine à expresso, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites. Dehors, il y a un barbecue à gaz. 

La villa dispose d'un grand garage pour deux voitures avec ouvre-porte télécommandé.

Our stay was one month. The lanai was great, beautiful, good for meals, and card games. The double shower in the master bathroom was wonderful. All of the appliances in the kitchen were newer including the clothes washer and dryer. Plenty of towels, including pool towels. The House is located in a nice neighborhood conducive to walking.From day one the pool and jacuzzi were not sufficiently heated to the 84 and 100 degrees respectively as indicated in the House information book. More like 74 degrees each, sometimes colder. We tried the jacuzzi and used the pool twice on warm days. On day one we requested from the host how to increase the temp and were instructed to see the panel of controls on the side of the house, not readily accessible.The garage door was dilapidated, over 20 years old. It failed and had to be replaced after an accident by us. We were compensated by Vrbo accident insurance. The problems with the pool and garage door, and appointments with service technicians was time consuming.Our host was very nice and obviously busy. At times it did seem that the above issues were not placed as a priority.

Thank you for the feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you didn't feel like priority. Our guests are always our main priority. We had Done Right Pool Heating out straight away, even during their after hours to take a look at the heater. They reported that it was working properly. These dates we usually cold here in SWFL and heaters don't work at their full capacity when the outside temperature is below 60 degrees. The garage door was fully functional until backed into it. It is irrelevant how old it was. It was also 100 percent prioritized and there was a new door installed just a few days after the accident. Thank you, Marie Maartensson

Relaxing

The house and property was very clean located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. House is very spacious and well laid out. The pool area is very relaxing and great view of the canal. Our family just wished we had more time, definitely will return next year.

Annual Father's Day Vacation

This was our 7th annual family vacation. The kids loved the pool and fishing at the dock. We caught a beautiful yellowjack fish on the second day. The rest were catfish. The house was clean, the layout of the house was perfect. We had enough towels for everyone. The house was exactly as pictured. The bed in the main floor master bedroom, although a nice size, was too hard for my back. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil needed to cook our meals. The kids had a blast in the pool. Entry to the house was flawless. We enjoyed this beautiful home to the fullest.

We did have a great time. All looked very clean and we felt comfortable. The only thing went wrong was the spa controls which were not responsive even though we did follow the instructions and rules.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and how close this property is to the marina and restaurants. The house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed except a spatula which we bought and donated to the home. There were plenty of towels. We appreciated all the available dishes and every type of glassware. The pool area needs some love. There is no remote for the pool. So don’t go looking for it as it says in the house manual to use it. You have to go around the side of the house and it was annoying to have to constantly monitor from there. The pool had not been cleaned. The spa had lots of….. I contacted about the condition of pool and spa but never saw a pool cleaner come. The weather was cooler during our stay. We never were able to get the pool warm enough to swim. Even on the days in the 70’s. If we managed very closely we could get the spa usable for temperature.There is a broken lounge chair. We moved it out of the way so one would sit in it. Loved the views and birds around the canal. The house itself is nice. Lots of space for our family. Plenty of bedrooms. Only complaint was hard beds. Our primary bed was very hard. We almost went and bought a mattress topper but we toughed it out. We loved the nice big primary bath and walk-in closet. I also contacted about these little ants that would pop up out of no where. Don’t leave your Dunkin Donuts on the counter! Not even for an hour. We learned the hard way. We reported.All and all, a good stay.

Ultimate relaxation

The house, pool, and spa were as advertised and wonderful. The kitchen didn’t have but one dish towel and no pot holders, so be sure to bring your own. The channel is nice, but it’s quite a few turns and distance out to the Gulf. However, it was the ultimate in relaxation! Very peaceful!

Great for multiple guests - great entertaining area

Nice home for entertaining with two “master suites” and two additional bedrooms. Kitchen living room is located in the center of the home. Pool and hot tub are nice but since hurricane Ian destroyed the lani cage we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we wanted because we could not leave the slider doors open. No welcome book (manual) which made it difficult to know how to heat the hot tub and pool. Inquiries to host were not as timely as expected.

We send the house manuals out by email after Covid-19. Usually much appreciated. But we are bringing the physical ones back as well. I have to say I'm surprised to read that we didn't response in a timely manner. We take all messages seriously, even after regular hours. Make sure to read other reviews on the matter. Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful experience! The house is beautiful and it’s in a very quiet relaxing neighborhood. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops and it’s not far from the beach! We went to Sanibel and Fort Myers and the drive was not bad at all. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

The home had everything any family could want, my only criticism was that the fixtures for the kitchen sink, the bathrooms etc drove us crazy the faucet would drip, the tub wouldn't plug up. But the house, pool, and extras were marvelous!

Perfect vacation

This was our first time to Cape Coral. We loved it! The house was in the perfect location-away from all the busyness but a close drive to everything. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island beaches. The house could use a few updates, but nothing that would keep us from renting this property again! (Dishwasher was pretty rusty, oven took double the time it should to bake pizza, and the carpet downstairs was clean but stained). The pool and hot tub were perfect and our kids enjoyed watching for fish and turtles in the canal.

Family Get A Way Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Villa Merrick. The spot is in a very quiet and friendly community. If you and your family would like to spend time away from home during this pandemic. This is the place to be. The heated pool and spa are great for relaxation. There are several local restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Your family can go for walks as well as ride bicycles. You can rent bicycles locally. There is a Harbor/Mariner nearby. There's several secluded areas to spend time and have fun at nearby establishments. The property management and host have excellent customer service. The email and text responses were great. We will stay again in the near future.

Family Spring Break Trip

We had a great time at that house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. When we arrived we couldn't figure out how to heat the pool so we called Erin and she came right over to help. She as so nice and patient with us. My only issue and it was minor was that the upstairs master bedroom does not have a door. It needs to be described as more of a loft-style master bedroom. We had two separate families both with small children so a door would have been very much appreciated for privacy. Other than that it was AMAZING.

Beautiful Home With All that you Need!

The property was clean and had all the necessities needed. When checking out we discovered that the pool had not been cleaned and we had been swimming in it all weekend which was super disappointing. The house had enough space for everyone to have privacy which made our weekend even more relaxing. The top floor also lost the AC half way throughout the weekend, I chose not to message the property owners because our family members are at high risk due to COVID-19. Other than those things, it was a great stay!

Relaxing

The house and property was awesome. The pool was fantastic. The only issue we had was the ice maker was frozen over causing us to have to buy bags of ice.
