Home was as pictured. Lots of room and space for 8 people. Pool was a great plus. Near all our events. Only problem was range hood at fore head too close to edge of counter
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. This was the perfect place for a long weekend stay for a family wedding! Do would definitely recommend this property if you are in the area.
The checkin and check out process was easy. The host was very accommodating to our needs. One small thing though, the hood oover the cook top is to low so people 5â 9â and taller will bump their head while cooking. Itâs not dangerous, just annoying. Other than that, itâs a great place, stocked well and clean.
This was a great choice. My grandson had a ball in the pool. We enjoyed being outside under the gazebo but we wished the lights had been working but it was still nice. The fifth room did not have a futon just a nice sofa which we chose not to sleep on... we bought a blow up mattress which worked just fine. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would book this property again.
This house is right of Blanding Blvd and was loud and the temp in the house did not go below 77 until about 4am...the whole experience was pretty awful and we cancelled the rest of our reservation and moved to a new location. Not great for kids or families imo.
Overall the house and pool was great! A few minor things that could have been better were that there was no dish towels in the kitchen or extra blankets provided for the room with a sofa. Kayla was very responsive to our needs with a backed up shower and got it fixed quickly. Communication on check in and check out was not great but we did get everything we needed from this property. I would stay again.
My husband, son, and I stayed here, and weâve always had great experiences with VRBO. However, for this particular stay, the communication with the property manager was poor. I had to reach out twice to get the check-in directions and code for the door. When we checked in, the house thermostat was set to 74 and we couldnât turn it any lower than 72. When I reached out to the property manager about being hot natured and wanting the ability to turn the thermostat below 72, I was told that it was reading cool early in the morning which was true. But as the day went on, the house heated up again and went back up to 72. It was just annoying that we couldnât adjust it below that 72 degrees even when we were feeling hot and wanted it to be cooler. I texted 4 times and called and left a voicemail and finally someone came and altered the settings after we had left for a family dinner. Also, thereâs no remote that works for the master bedroom tv, and that was never resolved. We were told pool maintenance happens on Wednesdays, but randomly on Thursday the pool tech showed up and started to clean the pool which caught us off guard because we werenât expecting him. Itâs a gorgeous home, but I feel that it might be overpriced considering one couldnât adjust the thermostat themselves and things like the tv were not working. If the communication is fixed, then I think it would be worth the price we paid.
The listing is misleading. It says five bedrooms, one of which has a twin futon, and a game room. However, the game room (which doesnât have games or even a table for games) IS the fifth bedroom and it does not have a futon, just a couch and tv. The listing shows it sleeps 10, but thatâs only if two people sleep on regular couches, there are only beds for eight. The listing mentions a sofa bed, but thatâs not correct. It says the garage is available for parking, but the door opener is not even plugged in so it canât be used. It mentions an arcade and playground, but there are none nearby. Internet was out and scheduled to be fixed the day we arrived (which means they knew for at least a few days) but they didnât tell us ahead of time. Sliding door to the back doesnât lock, thereâs just a piece of wood to keep it closed. The toilet in the main bathroom didnât flush when we got there. A handyman was called to fix it, but we should not have had to discover it ourselves (especially since a commenter stated it was bad over a month ago). There are dispensers in each shower for soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but all are empty except for some shampoo. The shower heads spray every direction because theyâre not cleaned properly. The couch had a big glob of jelly or something on it, so cleaning is not very detailed. The location says in the city center, on a lake, and on a river, but none of those things are actually true. Itâs in an average residential area.
Great property that is well taken care of. The property manager was very responsive and quick to help with all of our questions. Would stay here again in the future.
Easy check-in and we found the home to be spotless and well-equipped. The poolside area is very cool and a great spot for dinner. Host was responsive, very helpful. For us the house was in a great spot, close to family in Orange Park. Will def come to stay again if itâs available when weâre back in town.
Just what we needed for an extended family get together! Plenty of room and the kids loved the pool! Nice quiet neighborhood. Kayla was very responsive and great!
We were in town for a family event. There was plenty of room for our family and in-laws. The den area was a great space for the kids. Kayla was fast in responding to a couple of questions that we had.
Overall, a great stay!
