A Real Cutie Patootie

Cutest little property in a gentrified community. Walking distance to Washington Park. Utilize the grill outdoors! This place is truly a gem. One itty bitty drawback is there isn't ample parking, but there is a small garage.

Blake Sheldon concert at MVP Arena

The property was very clean and well equipped. The pictures are an excellent representation of the property. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped making it easy to prepare dinner and breakfast during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive when I reached out the night before our arrival. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the Albany area.

Great Stay

The property worked perfectly for us. The property is well described and accurate. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Even with snow and bad weather, parking worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible.

Christmas Stay

The hosts are excellent and tried very hard to accommodate any issue we had. The house was fine for our needs. The issues we encountered were slow running drains in the bathroom and with parking. While there is a garage it is very small so you have to park on the street. There is room in front of the house but if you have more than one car you have to find another spot which is not always easy. Also anyone else can park there so that presents a problem. In spite of this I would recommend this place.

Great stay in Albany VRBO

This is a terrific site. The kitchen is very well equipped. We prepared and entire Thanksgiving feast with no problems. It is well located to shops and restaurants with a short walk to Washington Park, a lovely walking park. The beds were extremely comfortable and temperature control was excellent and easy. The attached garage made us feel very safe. I cannot say enough good things. We plan to go back

Cozy Townhome

This place was honestly better than expected, and we felt very welcomed entering the home. Upon entry, we noticed that it was very clean and spacious, including the upstairs area. The pictures of the property are an accurate representation of the home itself. We only stayed one night so we weren't able to take advantage of the property more, but I was genuinely surprised at the items left to our disposal (snacks available, extra toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, etc if needed). The master bedroom was actually bigger in person compared to the pictures, and the bathroom and laundry area connected to a separate living space, with a second smaller bedroom. The bedding was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The area is probably 10-20 minutes from downtown and is a relatively quiet area. Our only complaint would be the parking in the area; it's limited to one side of the street (we stayed Sat-Sun), so finding a free spot is a little more difficult after 8-9pm, luckily we did find further down the street. There is a garage, however we didn't fit lengthwise by about 2-3 inches (2020 VW Jetta), same for parking in front of the driveway, however anything smaller than that shouldn't be a problem (the owner did mention to us prior to arrival that the garage was idea for sub compact vehicles) Overall, this was a beautiful home that I could easily recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and would gladly stay here again given the opportunity.

We were so delighted with our stay at this home. Everything was actually nicer than even pictures showed. We felt very welcomed. Everything was clean and ready for us to arrive. If I had a question I received a message back from the owner withing minutes. I would highly recommend this property. I just wish it could accommodate a few more people. We have family in the Albany area and travel with a group of 8 to visit a few times a year. Thank you

Beautiful place

The townhouse was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. It was nice having tea, coffee, seltzer, bottle water and snacks available. The kitchen well organized and where things were was clearly labeled. The bathrooms had many toiletries available. The host responded quickly to my questions and request. Family funeral

The property was a wonderful spot to come back to for my brother, sister-in-law and I. The rooms were very comfortable. It was nice to have the living room downstairs and the lounge area upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the snacks and beverages provided were a nice touch and much appreciated. We walked to dinner twice - a lovely Italian restaurant and a Thai restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

we loved everything except the pull out bed. partly broken and like many pull outs it's like sleeping on metal supports the beds in the bedrooms were great. very clean and fully stocked. definitely would rent again

Charming and Comfortable

Priscela and Richard’s place was perfect for my family of 5 adults when we needed to stay one night in Albany. It is super-clean, well-equipped in every way, and quiet. The hosts have thought of everything! The kitchen is well-organized, and there is a selection of snacks plus basic kitchen staples for guests who wish to cook. The beds are very comfortable. Communication with Richard and Priscela was perfect; Richard responded immediately to my query when we arrived. Though we only stayed one night, this townhouse would be perfect for long-term stays as well. We would definitely book again when in Albany. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in a fun neighborhood

Lots of room and very comfortable furnishings in a nicely restored apartment home. Everything was clean and in good order, and the host was very responsive and friendly. They made sure we were able to check in without issue and were happy with the place. This is in a very interesting neighborhood with plenty of food, drink, parks and the like within walking distance. The donut shop on the corner is a must try. Whenever we make it back to Albany we would definitely consider staying here again.

Overnight for High school graduation

The cozy townhouse was perfect for our party of four to have a home away from home for graduation at the MVP arena. We ordered in from local Italian restaurant so we could enjoy the ambiance with the well appointed kitchen and dining room overlooking the patio. Many thanks for the hospitality and assistance when needed.

Charming and Thoughtfully Stocked

We loved this place. From the lovely courtyard to the luxuriously stocked kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms (TV in every room, fluffy pillows!) to the proximity in the neighborhood to everything we needed. Great communication from host. Highly recommended.

Diamond in the rough!

Perfect location- we came for our daughter’s college graduation so it was close to her apartment, the university, grocery stores, and Washington Park. The attention to detail was amazing in this home- all you need to pack is your own clothes- they’ve thought of everything!! Truly a beautiful home. We will be back! Thank you!

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The location is great, close to a lot of coffee shops restaurants Washington park The house was perfect, it fit 7 of us easily Richard and Priscela were very responsive and quick to respond Amazing hosts Only hiccup and we check in as the electronic kick wasn’t working but Richard arrived in 5 mins and fixed it and no issues after. We will definitely stay again.
