Stunning Gulf views command this bright, colorful, and open condo in Miramar Beach. Located on the fifth-floor, overlooking the pool, this vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for six, a sunlit and inviting living area with a cable-equipped, TV, and a furnished and covered private balcony. You and your guests will also enjoy a variety of on-site resort amenities including shared indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course, all within steps of the beach. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

Things to Know
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No guests under the age of 25, regardless of marital status and/or military status.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Amazing!!!

This room has the most perfect view. You can see the pools and a perfect clear view of the beach. I will definitely try to get this room again everytime I visit. All the rooms have been amazing that I have stayed in, but the view of this room topped it off.

The Tides 505- A Lovely Condo by the Sea!

We booked this condo with no previous reviews to support it. Let me just say it is absolutely charming and a great place to stay! Beautiful views, tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable beds. It has everything you need for your stay! We will definitely book again next trip to Miramar Beach!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed at Topsl (2nd time in 4 years). Fantastic time as always! Beautiful, clean condo, right on the beach. Million dollar views every time we woke up. And SO convenient to everything. We shopped, saw a movie, and ate out every single day. Could not have been more pleased! Will stay here every time we come to the Panhandle!

Family Vacation

Our family of 5, including 2 adults, 2 teens, and a tween stayed at Tops'l for 5 days. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the condo was- moreso than I expected from the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. There was a starter supply of dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent plus a sponge and dish towels. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash cloths for our family for the week. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from our balcony, which also overlooked both outdoor pools. Our family enjoyed time on the balcony chairs watching the ocean, sunset, and storms roll in. There is a trunk on the balcony with some beach supplies, which was handy a few times. The beach access was a short walk. While the beach and pools could be busy, everything was well maintained by management. It is also located a bit away from the busier and more touristy area of Destin, though still just minutes from shopping and restaurants. We had no issues during our stay. We all agreed we'd love to come back. Cannot beat the access to and views of the emerald water and white beaches this condo has to offer.

Very Nice, but.......

Everything was as shown in the pics. Great view of the beach, and Tides pools and Bar and grill area. The Shuttle/tram to anywhere on the property is also nice. The ladies in the fitness center are super friendly. Laurie was especially nice, as well as the shuttle ladies. Plenty of games, beach toys, and chairs were provided(although we didn't use them). The only drawback was that the guest bedroom does not have anywhere to put your folded clothes. There is no Chest of drawers or nothing. Just a closet to hang clothes. It was a bit of an inconvenience for my mom(76 yrs old). Would give 5 stars if we had a dresser or mirror in the guest bedroom

Great Property / Great Views / Great Location

My mom, a friend and I stayed at Tops'l for an anniversary party of friends. Unit 505 was a great size for 3 of us. The unit was clean and plenty of kitchen supplies. The balcony was a great additional. There were few issues with unit 505. The spare bedroom didn't have a dresser or drawers to place your items. However, there were 3 luggage racks in the room, it would have been helpful to be able to place our belongings in a drawer instead of living out of a suitcase. Another issue was the lack of hangers, the spare bedroom didn't have any hangers in the closet. The last issue was the extra linens or bedding in the master closet. Pillows, without cases, were thrown on the floor and were dirty and they were not ones I would have wanted to use. An "egg crate" mattress padded was tossed on the floor and the ironing board was placed on top of it. I am not sure there were extra linens for the couch, because everything was just thrown in the closet. After seeing the pillows in the closet, I was afraid to look at the ones on the bed. Other than these issues the unit was nice and would stay again. Maybe with my own pillow next time.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Our party of 4 (2 parents + 2 kids aged 8-11) stayed here for 5 nights. We’ve stayed in Miramar Beach many times and in many different condos/hotels. This condo is our favorite! It offers plenty of space for a family, a memorable beach view, and all the amenities a beach lover can think of. We highly recommend this condo for a family of four!

Wonderful place to stay!
