Ready to relax? This lovely condo has all you need and more. Take in a gorgeous view of the ocean from your own private balcony, or stay inside and cool off in the central air-conditioning. Amenities include a private washer/dryer that'll take care of the swimsuits while you relax in the comfortably furnished living room. The full kitchen features tools and full-size appliances, plus a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a casual breakfast together. Head down to direct beach access, play some tennis, or enjoy a dip in the shared pool. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. Your vacation starts here.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Family Vacation

The entire property was very well maintained. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The view was amazing! We spent most of our room time out on the balcony. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts and the pools. It was a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely return.

Amazing ocean view

Overall I really loved this unit! As soon as my family and I walked in the ocean view was immaculate! The view is something that you want to experience all the time. I really loved that the place looked exactly like the photos. Things seemed to be clean and put in place well. The community is family friendly but quiet so you will be able to relax and maybe take a nap on the balcony listening to the ocean breeze

Great plac! Great view

Love our stay there. The view from the balcony was incredible. The balcony itself was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Washer and dryer worked very well.

Another great TOPS’L vacation

We love TOPS’L for its proximity to the beach and pools. We love having a patio with a view, full kitchen and separate bedroom for the kids.

Beautiful view of the gulf. Uncomfortable king bed with no extra set of sheets. Hair found in king bed and on towels. Difficult to regulate unit temperature. Called VACASA and also spoke with representative; no response.

TopS’l The Tides

We loved the beach, pool & restaurant. Unfortunately the resort is pretty out of date in terms of accessibility for wheelchair users. The ramp from ground floor to the pool is very long. One of the handles leading down steps to the pool was broken and luckily my 77 year old husband caught himself. We loved our condo and it was easily accessible. The pool less so and the beach inaccessible.

Loved it!

Great view, location, building, and location. Loved everything about it! I will return! There are not any extra blankets or many things like card or board games like other places I have stayed but the rest was perfect. I will be prepared for that next stay.

Pictures are better than the condo

This condo needs updating. The sprinkler in the kitchen went off at some point and the ceiling has never been fixed(brown and peeling). The dishwasher is not attached to the counter correctly and flings open. The coffee maker does not work properly. Ceilings are dusty in areas. The closet doors in the master bedroom come off the tracks and these are heavy mirrored doors. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom rocks when sat on and is concerning. The mgmt company never contacted us and we contacted them from the beginning of the stay.

Fantastic

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The view is so perfect. The patio was amazing for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We definitely will be back!
