Crisp and cool design meets an amazing ocean view at this condo! You'll be able to enjoy it on the spacious furbished balcony during your stay. But this condo has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other's company, especially the living room set up with plush seating. The full kitchen is not only set up with full-size appliances and a dishwasher, but you can sit at the the breakfast bar to enjoy a casual meal. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom, with a hallway entrance included in the second bathroom. The main bedroom's modern design extends to the en suite bathroom, which includes double sinks, a standalone shower, and soaking tub. Central air-conditioning makes the whole space comfortable, and you will be able to enjoy access to the shared pool, outdoor shower, tennis courts, and hot tub. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

The beach is a short walk away.Take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just under two miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under two and a half miles from this condo.

Birthday retreat

We loved the resorts beautiful grounds and all the amenities. Also, the location is fabulous allowing us to visit Panama City to the east and Gulf Breeze to the west. Maybe the perfect location for anyone visiting NW FL.

July 4th Stay with family

Loved the amount of space , how neatly and clean it was. We were able to access 2 pools outdoors. Couldn’t make it to the indoor pool. The fireworks were viewable from the pool and the beach access area. It was a beautiful sight to see. I work from home and had to work the first night there. I was able to easily set up my work station in living room (hardwire in ; Ethernet cable ). Overall an excellent stay. They also had extra beach chairs , sand toys for children and cart etc on the balcony of the condo.

Amazing location

The condo is located in the heart of Baytowne Wharf Village with restaurants, bars and shopping all within steps. Also close to upscale shopping and the outlet mall as well as many beaches. We explored many of the waterfront communities such as Seaside and Rosemary Beach which were amazing The condo lacked some kitchen items….only a few sizes of measuring cups and spoons and only one sheet pan, but maybe for those staying short term that wouldn’t matter as much( we stayed for 5 weeks). Also there is no ventilation when cooking which smoked up the condo a few times. However, there was plenty of plates, cups, etc. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The balcony gets very little sun and no view. The most disappointing thing was how dirty the floors were. Our feet were filthy after walking on them barefoot. It took us cleaning them ourselves 3 times before they felt clean.

Beach View

The condo was great. It has plenty of space and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The only issue we had is the hot tub is in the fitness center and it’s inconvenient. I love the area but I recommend staying at beach manor.

Great Vacation Spot!

We absolutely loved the property, the unit was well kept and up to date with modern appliances and decor. The unit is very spacious with lots of room for our family to spread out and relax and still fell connected. The only things that we would recommend would be to upgrade the mattresses to a firmer type and the property need to upgrade and add more elevators. Only two of the three elevators worked when we arrived and by the time we checked out, there was only one elevator working which made it time consuming and frustrating having to wait longer than normal with all of our luggage and belongings. However, this will not keep us from returning in the future. In our opinion an added perk for the unit owner would be to have chair and umbrella usage included when renting the unit. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit. We look forward to returning soon!

Great location. Love the balcony. Nicely decorated.

I would definitely stay again. There where a few minor inconveniences as follows: coffee pot did not work, 2 of 3 elevators were not working on check out morning, and ceiling fans were dirty. These things can happen anytime. We very much enjoyed the stay.

Great find!

Location on the beach, along with an outdoor heated pool was perfect. Clean spacious condo for 4 of us. Large living area and patio to hang out with great view of Gulf. Bball court, mini golf, shuffleboard, and pickle ball/tennis court on site was well maintained. We would stay here again.

Unit was updated nicely

The unit was clean and updated nicely. Our only suggestion would be to provide beach towels. It was difficult to use such a small bath towel when so few were allotted in the unit. For the price we paid, i feel like a beach towel is a very reasonable expectation.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION- see review!!!!

This condo was beyond perfect. We had stayed in a condo near 30A the summer before and it was so dirty upon arrival. I felt icky the entire time and the property manager was a realty company out of California and were horrible. I could not do that again. I came across this listing and saw that almost every review talked about the cleanliness of this unit. That sold me. I was almost in tears when we walked in. The interior design was something from a Nancy Myers movie. Every detail was beautiful and the unit was immaculately clean. I felt like I was truly on vacation and got my money's worth 10x over. THEN.. not only was the unit PERFECTION, Tops'l is so great!!!!! They have two pools and a great tiki bar with fun drinks and good bar food. With this unit, you literally don't even have a "walk" to get to the beach, you just go downstairs, pass the pools, and you're on the sand. My husband and 4 year old son loved the mini puttputt course! I literally cannot say enough good things. SUPER CLEAN, IMMACULATE FURNISHED, HUGE BALCONY, BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL, SHORT TRIP TO THE BEACH, so many more. I almost didn't want to write this review because I didn't want to lose a spot for next summer!!!

Perfect condo in a perfect location!

Tops'l Tides rm. 1310 was one of the most beautiful and updated rooms in the building! We had no issues with our condo the entire week. We had such a great time there and the location is perfect!
