It's the ultimate relaxation spot and it's been furnished with a colorful and comfortable outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals al fresco. The living room has a sectional sofa with splendid views and a flatscreen TV with cable. Channel your inner bartender and surprise your friends with sweet and savory cocktails thanks to the wet bar available. Or if you're more of a chef, the fully-equipped kitchen won't disappoint. You and your friends will be granted access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center as a plus when you book this family-friendly condo.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

Our large family enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We loved that the beach is not overcrowded here as in some other locations, but is close to stores, restaurants, and attractions. I would not recommend the pull out sofa for adults to sleep on, but overall a great property!

Will stay again

We had a great experience. The condo was so spacious and clean. Everyone was comfortable and they had plenty of things for us to utilize during our stay. The only mishap we had was the door code, it didn’t work properly at the check in time and we had to call customer service, but they were able to get the code fixed for us so we could get into the room. I would definitely recommend this place to friends/family and we would stay here again.

Very nice place

The place was gorgeous. We definitely enjoyed ours stay. My wifes only complaint was the master balcony sliding door was to hard for her to open and close. Livingroom one worked perfect. Definitely recommend this property.

Security guard Charlie who protects your car and the property is on it and very helpful. View is amazing. All equipment and hard furniture in good shape. Roomy.

Great Stay Right on the Beach

Overall a great place to stay. Easy location right on the beach and a nice balcony to sit. Parking was easy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were nice. The room was also above the pool area so it was easy for the my family to watch the little ones play while we were at the pool. It was a good condo for a good price.The only real issues we had was some of the electrical receptacles did not work and the water took some time to get warm. Nothing major but things to take note of.

October vacation

Had a lovely stay. The unit was very spacious and great for a family where you could spread out with lots of room. Place was very clean and so close to the beach. Only disappointment was not having access to pool and balconies during construction.

Great beach condo

This condo had a ton of space, was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. The ice maker at the bar was an added plus! We will definitely stay here again.

Nice but prepare for your stay.

It was a nice place, furniture was comfortable, the water pressure in master bath was nice and the view was my favorite spot on the balcony song with the openness. But, you will need to supply trash sacks, extra toilet paper if you stay at least week or more with a lot of people, beach amenities or rent on the beach for $45 a day (one umbrella & 2 chairs). The Gulf Island Grill was amazing to eat at with their Boil platters of Crab legs etc. This place was close to the pier and other amenities to shop at and eat at. Just prepare for your stay but it was a nice place over all. Several things weren’t working properly like outlets or some draining issues but I know they will look into it and get it fixed.

Perfect for family of five!!

We loved the location! The space of the condo was perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 kids! Ice maker was a big plus!! Pool area and beach was amazing! We loved everything and would def come back!

Wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful, well-appointed condo. Shrimp festival added interesting activities on days too cold for the beach-plus great food! The zoo is AWESOME. So cosey and intimate and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend an afternoon trip!

Nice property. Great location. Easy to get around. Very good elevator service. Attentive security. Met us as we pulled in. Checked us in quickly and explained how to get around the complex.Only a couple of issues...the patio door I the master bedroom was impossible to open. Seemed to be off track.TV in master bedroom had a few issues with connecting.

Condo was not cleaned well, no batteries in remotes, no linens, ceiling fans broken.

This condo was HUGE and was decorated beautifully. Wonderful view,amazing beach access, good A/C, we had nine in our party and was not crowded at all!!! Water pressure is AWESOME!!! And you can’t beat 3 bathrooms. Would definitely book here again. Only reason for a 4 star was the housekeeping

Nice place, loved the stay.

The place was spacious and well stocked for cooking. It had its own ice maket which probably saved us 40 to 50 dollars by itself. Hads damaged light in the kids room and a bit difficult to use any TV as most remotes were dead or missing. Loved the setup though and location was good. A really nicely built and maintained building.

Fantastic

When we looked at the property we thought there were 2 floor level twin beds. When we arrived they were stacked. We were a group of women 75+ in years so that did not work. Everything else was great. Perhaps a few ties towels in the kitchen would be nice.
