Cozy, Clean & Immaculate, our one bedroom (queen bed), one bath home has a stunning new kitchen, stainless appliances, comfortable living room, private back deck, upstairs office, central heat/ac, new washer & dryer, and spacious backyard in a lovely Camden neighborhood. Enjoy the "Jewel of the Maine coast" harborfront, a short drive to Megunticook Lake, & walk to Camden's Farmer's Market down the street!

A lovely retreat close to town!

SeaGlass Cottage was a perfect home base for our stay in Maine. We appreciated the ease of checking in/out, as well as the thoughtful decor and details at the cottage. The location was also perfect to explore Camden, as well as other spots along the coast. We’d be delighted to return!

This is such a cute place. Love the decor. Comfortable bed. Beautiful kitchen. Comfortable sitting room. Also, Camden is a great city. Lots of wonderful restaurants. The best food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular

This cottage is a rare find. It’s super clean, decorated adorably and in a great location. This was our third fall trip to Maine and our stay here was easily the best. We enjoyed walking into town and we even got to experience the Northern Lights from the back deck. Highly recommend booking this gem!

Cozy Home

We had a wonderful time staying at this very clean and cozy home! The home is located on a quiet street with a great location...a 15 minute walk to downtown Camden. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed a few meals on the back deck. Highly recommended!

Great house for a couple to enjoy the sights of Maine

My wife and I enjoyed the comfort and amenities of the house. It is walking distance to the Camden waterfront, located in a quiet old neighborhood. Good for a romantic getaway for 2. Close to great hiking, restaurants and ferry services to various islands.

Cute Comfortable Cottage

I could not have asked for more in this adorable Camden cottage. It is perfectly stocked, clean and a great walking distance to town. I totally relaxed in this peaceful setting and will return next year. Thank you Carol and John.

A great place to stay!

In September of 2023, we stayed at Carol and John’s wonderful cottage-style home in Camden, Maine. It was our third visit to Camden and the second time we stayed at their VRBO. If you are looking for a quaint, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Camden, we highly recommend this VRBO. Let us add, Carol and John are simply great hosts.

Carol and John were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and their Sea Cottage is beautifully renovated in a great, quiet neighborhood location. It is walking distance to Camden farmers market and perfect for a couple. Highly recommended!

Cozy, well appointed cottage near downtown Camden

We were very happy with the cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay. The location allowed us to walk comfortably to and from town. Camden is a really beautiful little town with all kinds of interesting history. Carol and John were also delightful to work with. Their communication was excellent and were available if needed at any time during our stay.

We've stayed several different places in Camden over the years. This was by far the best ever. Beautifully decorated with top-quality fixtures & appliances; very comfortably furnished. Conveniently located.

Camden, Maine cottage is wonderful

We spent one week in Camden at a cottage less than one mile from the center of the village. We loved the town and loved the cottage. The cottage was very clean, very well decorated, very thoughtfully equipped, the kitchen new and the bed comfortable. Try it. You will love it.

Lovely little cottage ...

and perfect for my two week stay while attending a class at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport. Camden is a delightful village with lots of resources for visitors. This was my second stay and I hope there's a third in my future.

A Great Place to Stay

This newly renovated cottage-style home is a wonderful place to stay. It is an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the comfort of this home with its simple and tasteful décor and new kitchen appliances. We were struck by how much work went into this cottage home. And, we wished that there was a photo album with photos taken before the well-thought out restoration. The Megunticook Market is close by and a gem. Camden is a wonderful town. The town’s library, the art galleries, the Owl and Turtle Bookshop are great places to visit. Two of our favorite spots were the Sea Dog Brewery and the Waterfront Restaurant. But just sitting on a bench and watching the schooners come in and go out on day trips is a great way to enjoy this quaint Maine town. In sum, Carol and John have created a great home for travelers. A nice cottage renovation outside of downtown

This is a recently renovated old Maine-style cottage. The pictures are accurate, except for the very pleasant back deck where the owners have add a small Weber grill, plastic table and three chairs. This was over favorite space, grilling out or just relaxing in relatively privacy under the high blue sky and tall trees. You park on the front or side lawn since there is no driveway. As noted in the description, there is no washer and dryer. The property is over a mile from downtown and not walkable given the hilly terain, so you have to be willing to drive to enjoy the town of Camden and the surrounding area.

Relaxing stay

A well-kept and well furnished house in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage is central located to do your shoppings and to go for excursions. The Hosts are very friendly and available at any time. We would book again this cottage.
