âą Kitchen: fully equipped [except dishwasher]. Extras - wine glasses and pantry items
âą Bathroom: shower, toiletries and hairdryer
âą Outdoor Area: private garden and furnished deck with an outdoor dining area, fire pit, BBQ, canoe, kayak, life preservers, and oars

Length of Stay: Our property cannot be rented for longer than 7 nights. Any bookings or inquiries exceeding this duration will be canceled. Please ensure your reservation meets this requirement before booking.
âą Bring your pets [max 2] for an extra fee of $100.00/stay/pet. Please ensure they are well-behaved and crated when left alone
âą Complimentary parking is available. From October - May [off-season], due to the challenging road conditions caused by snow and mud, a four-wheel drive and a high undercarriage are required to navigate the roads safely in Maine
âą Be mindful of the rocks on your right-hand side as you drive in
âą Kindly collect all trash and recyclables upon departure or we'll have to apply a $100 surcharge to cover the associated removal costs. Transfer stations are available in Belfast and Camden
âą Late check-outs are prohibited
âą Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $30 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out
