Brand new!! Thoughtfully renovated ground floor apartment in downtown Camden.
Having undergoing a wall to wall renovation, this apartment is fitted with all new appliances and decorated with vintage furniture and artwork from the local area. It is a cosy one bedroom apartment with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and has a fabulous enclosed front porch for dining and relaxing. Park St is a quiet side street off of route one, within walking distance to town and a hop skip and a jump from the Renyâs Plaza and. This unit benefits from a private entrance as well as off street parking.
What an unbelievable place. Both the condo and the town are so cute. We had such a good time and we were able to walk everywhere from where we were staying. It will be a memorable 4th of July weekend. Thank you!
Everything you could ask for. Only complaint is need more simplified instructions to run TV. WE had no TV for 5 days because we could not figure out how to run it. Otherwise great . Ron Korza
Lovely stay at this well equipped apartment. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and scenic harbor.
Property is beautifully maintained. We would definitely recommend!
Great location, adorable property. Walking distance to the harbor, shopping and restaurants. Only suggestion is that it would be awesome on these cool days if the fireplace actually could be used. đ Highly recommend!
This place was well equipped - a perfect place for a couple. It was an easy walk to and from restaurants and shops. It has a lovely three season front glassed in porch - ideal for reading, or for morning coffee.
I would definitely stay here again. A quiet neighborhood convenient to town, shopping and beautiful harbors. Excellently maintained and nicely remodeled. The host was very responsive and nice. A lovely gem in Maine!
The little apartment was perfect for two people. It was well appointed, and had everything you would need for a perfect stay in Camden. Ally, the owner/property manager was extremely responsive.
We had a wonderful stay in the Park Street apartment. It was clean and well-organized. Comfortable and well-furnished with everything we needed. The host was quick and responsive with any questions and we will happily stay there again on our next trip to Camden. One of the best VRBO places we have stayed. Highly recommended!
From the moment we walked we knew it was perfect for us. We could relax or go for a walk. It felt like home for this week.
Only the rain limited what we could do.
We have been to Camden at least a dozen times before.
We came to Camden for Lobsterfest. The adorable home looks to be divided into three private living areas. The grounds are nicely groomed and the flower beds are beautiful.
When home, we spent the majority of our time on the front patio that has been enclosed with ample windows. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting in the wooden chairs in the front yard.
Ally had an information booklet and gift box that was a sweet touch. Loved it!
Could not get dishwasher to work (3 tries) Would have appreciated instructions. Indoor rooms - bedroom and bath adequate yet quite small. Unable to obtain local weather to plan daily activity. Was not made aware that only Netflix was available on TV. Very nice remodel of older home - quality appliances, fixtures.
We stayed here for a week in August. We wanted a place that was clean, cozy, well-appointed, and within walking distance of downtown Camden to serve as our home base for exploring mid-coast Maine. This lovely apartment checked all those boxes! It is exactly as it appears in the listing and our host, Ally, was both gracious and quick to respond to my messages. I have special dietary needs due to cancer, so having a kitchen that was well-equipped and functional was very important. This one was not only beautifully decorated, but perfectly suited for preparing light meals (and Hannafords and French & Brawn markets are just up the street). We enjoyed our quiet morning breakfasts and relaxing evenings on the enclosed front porch. The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was soothing, and there are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom - a rare treat for us Florida natives! We loved the easy walk to Camden harbor (about 10 mins), which saved us from sitting in traffic on Elm St. and hunting for parking. The apartment is also ideally situated for quick trips north to Acadia and Bar Harbor, or south to Rockland. It is the front unit of three apartments in the house, but we rarely heard any noise from the long-term renters in the back. On previous trips, we have stayed in both hotels and VRBOs in Camden. This apartment was one of our favorites so far. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!
We had an amazing stay in Camden. The house is so cute with all the amenities! Everything is updated with original wood floors which adds character. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
