East facing , large 1,382 sq.ft Two Bedroom Bayfront Apartment with a King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Bed in the second bedroom, and two full bathrooms along with a private furnished balcony and direct views of the Biscayne Bay. Our Apartment is part of the DoubleTree By Hilton Grand Hotel Condo Rentals program and can sleep a maximum of four (4) Adults.

Located in the heart of Downtown Miami's exclusive Art +Entertainment District, approximately one mile from the Port of Miami, only 7.5 miles from the Miami International Airport, and 4 miles from South Beach. We are within walking distance to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Frost Science Museum, Perez Art Museum, FTX Arena (Formally known as American Airlines Arena) and Bayfront Park. Discover the fun, food and shops at Bayside Marketplace or enjoy the proximity to Brickell, Midtown, Design District, and Wynwood Arts District. A Condo Agreement will be given to you upon arrival and will need to be completed upon check in to ensure a clear understanding of the regulations and guidelines.
No Visitor Rules:
The Maximum occupancy for your apartment is four (4) Adults. Please note that we do not allow any parties, gathering or outside guests aside from the ones registered (even if they are not staying overnight), therefore, if you need to adjust the number of guests, please let us know, but we do require to have the accurate number on the reservation. As per the Condo Association Rules & Regulations, ABSOLUTELY no visitors are allowed in the apartment on reservations for nightly stays.
Parking:
Valet Parking is available at $30.00/night per vehicle. Any oversize vehicle or pick up truck is $35.00/night per vehicle.
Housekeeping Services:
As part of Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection Program, and in effort to ensure we continue providing service you are comfortable with, Doubletree By Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay will only be offering daily housekeeping services upon request. Our team maintains a high standard of cleaning and will always clean your unit before check-in and after check-out. Please let us know what your preferences may be upon arrival. Please vacate the condo during the service to ensure proper social distancing.
